Absolutely useless and take forever to get back to me.
Foolishly bought from them via Tesco and regret it .
Ordered a microwave and within 10 minutes knew it was the wrong size. On Friday I contacted Tesco who said it isn't delivered yet and I said I can assure you it is here .
Got nothing but comments about the fact that tracking should it still to be delivered.
Now SIA want photos of the thing which has been back in the box since Friday.

I wish I had checked this lot on Trustpilot before buying

Another two days have passed and having contacted Tesco again they were useless at helping me.

A terrible company that has no customer care.. I bought two fridges and both were noisy and damaged. After many messages on Amazon, still no happy ending..DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This chest freezer stopped working after 6 months into a 1 year warranty.
The company have not responded to e mails giving all the details they need about my purchase.
I lost a freezer full of food. I would give 0 stars if possible. Dreadful company.

You sending my order out quickly was great, but not so great is the fact that since the 8th Sept, the Royal Mail has not delivered the goods. They tried twice over two days, at 8.35 am and 8.40 am, to deliver the order. And where is my daughter-in-law, taking our grandson to school at this time. So I requested the delivery to a safe place on the 8th and nothing since, still sitting at the hub. I had to wait 40 minutes to get through to Royal Mail customer services; though very apologetic, operational problems were the excuse given. So as yet I still haven't had my order, and this is now the weekend; as to when we will get it, your guess is as good as mine

Super quick delivery it came the next day, we'll packed and a really nice gas hob for the money feels like good quality at a great price.

The fastest delivery ever, ordering to delivery took less than 24 hours..a well packaged, super modern extractor fan. Looks sleek in our kitchen. Very happy

Honestly Jacqui at SIA and SIA themselves are great. Had a SIA hob which lasted over 5 years pack on me last night and managed to help me out!

My first time using SIA, I ordered 5 items for my new kitchen, with a delayed delivery date.

Closer to the delivery time I gave them a quick call to confirm the delivery date, I got to speak to a real person straight away who was very helpful, the date was agreed and delivery was done on time.

I haven't at time of writing opened all the items as yet, but all appear to be well packed and protected for transport.

The only grumble I have, after placing my order I received an email offering 5%. Off my next purchase, if I'd have known this I would have broken my order into 2 parts and saved myself £50.

But overall a very good efficient experience.

I have reported a freezer which broke down after only 3 months which I purchased from B&Q.
Customer service asked me to send a video they then asked questions about the plug and the door seal which I answered.
A week later and I have heard nothing all you get back is an automated e-mail when i try to contact them.
Aside from now having no freezer with no refund or replacement all the food within the freezer had to be thrown away.
Absolutely appalling Customer service and I am surprised a company like B&Q allow a supplier to treat customers so bad.

I bought an electric hob with a five year parts warranty and two years labour.
The first ring failed after a year or so then the second one just before two years. The third one just after. I then got round to reporting the issue and they are not interested at all, ask me for an engineers report to confirm what part is faulty!!?? Well, it’s actually the whole appliance now. Numerous emails which they wriggle out of any kind of ownership of the issue. Would not recommend them at all.

Dreadful product, dreadful service just a straight AVOID.

Had a week doing the course with Shaun and Alister and had a great experience, learnt a lot and now ready for the security industry

I bought a warming tray from SIA. This appliance stopped working after a month. Every time it was turned on it flipped the board. I have contacted the customer support and they have been very unhelpful.
Two certified electricians have said the appliance is faulty and that it was fitted in accordance with the instructions provided with the appliance.
Please do not use them

I ordered my chest freezer direct from Sia as it was actually cheaper than everywhere else, even THAT much used online place we all have as our “go to” I was very impressed with how quickly it was delivered and have no complaints about my choice - I bought it solely for dog food, and thought it would be too small for anything else (this was my preference as I looked exclusively for slimline chest freezers) but this holds a lot and has enabled me to order more dog food (it’s on offer at the moment) that will save me running out for the next 2 months! The fact that it was free delivery and I was communicated with at every stage of the process was a bonus and I’ll be looking here first next time I need a new appliance.

Went to the Red Lion in Helston for Flora Day on May 8th and was impressed with the doorman J Rankin Badge No.: 1016 2405 8318 5606. I was on the door for some years and liked his calm and wellcoming nature. Give him a thumbs up

Absolute joke!!!

i took the course in december 2025, and the course was post poned for a month! finally got back to it and received my results and certificates on the 6th february it is now May2026 and i have not even got an email or nothing back . ridiculous .. so if anyone wonders how long it takes, it takes the piss, that what it takes

Very bad customer service I don’t know how they doing business on Amazon with this quality . They given me used fridge with too much dents and damages and now tell me to deliver the fridge my own .they are just scammers who exist in Uk .

If I could rate these cowboys zero I would.

Within 5 weeks of use one of a dishwasher bought from SIA the main body door seals came away. We reported the issue but were sent two videos of how to repair this ourselves with a screwdriver by taking the main metal door seal off.

We reported that we were not comfortable doing this and requested a collection and refund.

Since then SIA stalled any resolution actions by continuing to ask for information they already hold and ignoring our requests.

Amazon Customer Services have been ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, just adding frustration to the issue and a lot of wasted time. POINTLESS!

We had to pay to courier this heap of junk back to these cowboys and Amazon had to refund our courier costs via a gift card.

DO NOT BUY THIS TERRIBLE PRODUCT OR ANY OTHER PRODUCT FROM SIA.

They are absolutely awful!
