The item I received was missing a power adapter, which I contacted customer service about nearly a week ago - still no reply! Now after having used my own power adapter, it turns out the product itself doesn’t even work. It’s really flimsy so I’m not surprised. Every time I try to message their live chat there are conveniently ‘no human agents available’, and no one responds when you email directly.
Seems I’ve been scammed out of £45, really disappointed.
Avoid like the plague
I ordered a chair at the beginning of January. When following up in late Feb, i was constantly told about seeking a manager to find out what the transit status was. I had to follow up a further 10 times? or so - now I understand it was lost in transit and they have claimed to have another on the way - can i get any details on the transit of said replacement? Of course not. I doubt it exists. I'm going to have to issue a chargeback. Avoid like the plague.
Appalling customer service

I’ve contacted multiple times via email and by live chat for an update and nobody has got back to me. I’ve now asked for a refund and again I’ve received no response to my request. Customer service is absolutely appalling. I’m disappointed as I was really looking forward to receiving my item. Will never buy from Sickhaus again.
Awfull
Nice pictures on their website, but you’ll pay 1/10th of the price for this stuff on Temu or Alibaba. Awfull quality, awfull service, and looking at the delivery times it’s coming straight from China anyway.

Sick of my 'Sickhaus' Experience
I ordered a product, the week of Christmas, 2025. Posted through the Shop-App, I was informed that my item had shipped, and was on it's way. On 21, January, I received notification that my item had been delivered. Upon my return home that night, the item was not in the lobby, nor was it at any of the doors which allowed entry to the building. I contacted Sickhaus through the Shop app, and finally got through to what I thought was a human being.
First, I was told to 'look at the app' because the shipping company, that delivers always takes a picture to validate delivery. This shipping company is not a large company, and I question if they every had the item to start with. There was no picture, and the delivery company only had a number that was either always busy, or disconnected.
The 'person' I spoke with, via text, seems to be amenable, as I asked for a new items to be sent, but they had to ask their 'supervisor' for 'approval', after I asked to have the item sent to my office, which I also had to negotiate, I thought everything had been settled. Here I am three months later no item and no refund. IF you choose to purchase from 'Sickhaus' I advise extreme caution. I honestly think no merchandise exists.
Just the worst
Absolutely awful company, I have been waiting 3 months to receive my order and their customer service is just awful. All they do is say your case has been “escalated” and proceed to do absolutely nothing. Do not order from this joke of a business
Currently waiting 2 months for a refund
If I could give this company 0 stars I would, I have been waiting 2 months for a refund on a product that was never dispatched. I have been been chasing on a regular basis but have been fobbed off with "waiting for supervisor approval" with no progress for weeks. I have asked to speak to a manager numerous times but no one is willing to speak to me

Wir bekommen keinen Kundenservice und werden seit 5 Wochen vertröstet.
Wir haben eine Lampe bestellt, die bei uns alle Sicherungen rausgehauen hat. Billig verarbeitet und lebensgefährlich.
Tut euch und allen um euch herum den Gefallen und bestellt nichts dort. Es ist gefährlich und ihr werdet keine Option auf Rücksendung haben.
Missing item...missing customer service? Bummer.
It has been a month since my original order. Since I'm in the States and I know things have been hairy with shipping from overseas and tariffs, I gave it some time. I placed the original order on Dec 20th, then received one of the two items I ordered on Jan 2. I contacted Customer Service today via the email and will try to update depending on what happens with that. The site also does have a live chat feature, so I will try contacting them via that depending how the email goes. Usually I check Trustpilot first before ordering things and I guess I should've this time too, but I was in that hopeful Christmas spirit I suppose.
Update: The company did reply to the email, but despite me showing ample proof that I had not received one of the items, they argued that the items had indeed arrived to me. They wanted a picture of the original mailing package, which I had obviously not kept. Also, the mirror I ordered was both teeny tiny and scratched. Still a big no to this company.

Non existent customer service. Huge delays and no humans to talk to. Don’t buy from them!
They block you! Reviews are fake!
They block you on social media when you ask where your product is that was never received, they won’t respond to you. Take your money and don’t send the item and then ignore and block. Little thieves they are and hide you from real reviews by blocking content in social media. Terrible company.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. The cheapest looking item after paying £35 for a lamp that was supposedly ‘on sale’ from £70, it arrived in a smashed up box that is clearly drop shipped straight from china. I emailed to speak to someone to return the item and got told someone would contact me in 24 hours 72 in busier periods, this was in November! I contacted them on social media and got ignored and have now been blocked. Do not give these scammers your money. The customer service is none existent.
Scam company
Scam company - do not order! Item never dispatched after weeks it just disappeared from the ‘tracking’ link. No communication or reply ever received from the company. Have reported in the UK as that’s where they are registered. But avoid avoid avoid!

Honestly the 1 star is for the laugh I got when I saw what was delivered. Nothing like the photos, and a toddler could have made a better item. Kinda funny but wish I wasn’t down $200 haha

Don’t buy from here, they deliver Poor quality products and they refuse to refund you, instead sending you round and round in circles or claiming you are outside the return window despite clearly proving you are not.
They say they will escalate to their supervisor to make contact but this never happens.
There is no grounds for them to refuse a refund but they attempt to frustrate you to the point you give up. You will have to request a charge back from your bank if you ever want to see your money again.

0 star. Never arrived. Is a fake business with an AI messenger that claims it's under investigation. It's not. Stole my money.

If I could mark 0 I would. Ordered a table from the company got an order confirmation and postage confirmation then everything stopped. They responded to my feedback on Facebook asking for more details same given then ignored.
Had to raise it with the bank who have got my money back. Avoid at all costs!
