I’m in the same position as everyone else and I’m going to go to the better business Bureau. I know $38.00 isn’t that much money but I worked hard for every penny. I’ve emailed them half a dozen times and nothing. I don’t know about anyone else but I seen their ad on Facebook, so I put in a complaint to them as well. I’ve definitely learned my lesson. I usually don’t order off of Facebook because of this but that coat looked so cute and warm and I didn’t have one.

I ordered six different jackets over two months ago & my order still says it’s waiting to be shipped

I wish I could add screenshots, I’ve emailed them like 1k times.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... I've ordered a coat on 10 January and till yet it says data shipment waiting. I've sent an e-mail and no answer and then I saw what kind of company this is. It's a shame!!!!I'm going to report to the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Please do the same. The more complaints they get... most likely they will be willing to help those of us that have been scammed!

Like the rest of consumers here i also was scammed on two coats , in my case contacted postal inspectors as they responded to me with a tracking number that showed delivered however received a 15 oz envelope with trickets . So now have involved us postal inspectors

This company are happy to take your money but refuse to reply to any e mails.
I am just about to take action against them and try get my money back.

I purchased A few items on December 21,2020. When the site was called dark cute. I have reached out multiple times to their email the first one was (service at darkcute ) then they switch their name to sidegem and their email changed also to (service at towncute). Haven't gotten any response from them. I have screenshots of my purchases and also of emails. They are a scam and definitely gonna get this to go higher and arrest those who are scamming.

I can’t believe how many people have been scammed by this company including me. Why hasn’t this so called company is not shut down and continue to take people money they are making a killing

I orderes one coat one month ago. Tho order state is still "waiting for shipment". No answer to my emails. Nothing. They robbed a lot of people.

I ordered my coat on the 6th of December 2020 , still have not received it ,I have emailed the 3 Times and have no reply ,I have had no correspondence from them at all, its still says awaiting shipment, I payed with my bankers card also, who can I report them to ,as 5hey are a SCAM

I have also purchased 3 coats from Sidegem website on the 6th of January and paid with my credit card. Emailed them but never got any reply. My order still awaiting shipment. They are scammers so I have just reported them to Better Business Bureau, to Federal Trade Commission, also to the website called Pissed Consumer, and to the Facebook. I will also contact my bank to claim my money back!!!! They should not get away with it!!!!

I ordered a parka on Jan 5th and it is still awaiting shipment status. I have sent emails to three different emails listed here and on their website. I have messaged them on Facebook, and STILL NO REPLY.
THIS MUST BE A SCAM and I am going to report them on Facebook and to the authorities and better business bureau as a online fraudulent scam.🤬🤬🤬

I placed an order December 19th. Still says awaiting shipment. No response to any emails I’ve sent. Contacting bank in the morning to have transaction reversed. And posting a bad review for them on fb!!! Cuz that’s where I got the ad from!!

Yes i believe its a scam i order a jacket on December 26 and still have not recieved i tried emailing and everything with no reply im going to call my bank and report the site as fraud just to let everyone know if you call your bank they will make a claim and your receive your money back this site is a scam my order as been waiting shipment for weeks now

I ordered a pair of boots and a coat before Xmas and still haven't received it. Sent numerous emails and no reply to any of them. Definitely a SCAM !!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!! I'm a single mother of 4 and work hard for my money and now I'm out over $60 not to mention without winter boots and a winter coat and I live in Canada. I take this to be a false site as ordered a coat 07/12/20 and herd nothing, my order says still awaiting shipment. I have tried emailing them 3 times and nothing back. So please don't fall into trap like I did and make a payment

So I ordered my daughter 2 coats, boots and a necklace on Dec 19th. Here it is January 5th 2021 and still nothing. I have sent numerous of emails and they purposely have no number because they really would hear the chew outs. They are definitely SCAMMERS and done robbed more than enough people of out there money which is definitely no fair. I was looking forward for these items to give to my daughter and I have nothing. There has to be someway to make them Pay for poor services all thee way around the board. I want my money back!!!!! Whoever is behind this shall pay. God don’t like ugly.

Doesn't even deserve the 1* as the items never get shipped. They happily take your money but don’t answer emails, or Facebook messages. I’m going to try my hardest to get my money back! So very unhappy. Please avoid these. It’s a SCAM
