So far customer service been great.verifacation process easy.in waiting on payment of 200.00 thru aeropay..they have good service as well so far..will update if money gets deposited as I'm hopeful

I give honest reviews. I won $100 a couple days ago on sidepot. I redeemed it. I got the money today. It paid me so I give it a good review

They ain't trying to pay. When I redeem, instead of a congrats, I get told it's under investigation and that I would have to wait 3 days for investigation and then 3-5 days for processing. I've been through this before with other shady sites that find every way possible to not have to pay. After their "investigation" and not being able to find any way to penalize you, they have one last card in their policy to take all your winnings and redeem like 20 dollars. I'm going on 3rd day now and is 100 percent sure now that they well lag it as long as they possibly can. In this day and age only a shady site well lag redemptions for over 3 days.

I have not been able to request my redemption because my bank is not supported by Aero Pay. I've been reaching out to customer support for Sidepot and Aero Pay with no help from them. Is this the only redemption option available, if so ,it is scam casino.

If you are trying to decide whether or not to play here let me help you out. There are no wins if you play with $10 or $5. The only time I won was with large deposits and high dollar rolls. I have not even won back one percent of what I have played. I gave it a chance and regretted it. They have great games, it's a wonderful app but honestly, no wins at all, it's take, take, take...no give.

Well........ Sidepot Sweepstakes Casino just released my winnings of 120.00 into my checking account. I believe it took them five or six days. I had already gone through the verification process which saved some time. I say " not bad " for having not deposited a dime of my own money. I won on the free dollar they give you for logging in. What else can I say except, the variety of games is huge, the game play is smooth, and the graphics are colorful and vivid. If you don't head right over there, you're nuts.

On Monday May 5th, I completed my verification and it was successful. I then submitted a $2000 redemption. They dont even send an email confirming that you redeemed anything. Just silence, until Wednesday evening around 6pm, I received an email telling me I had to do my verification all over again and they put the money back into my sidepot account. So I did the verification for a 2nd time in 48 hours and submitted for my redemption again which made my waiting time start all over. I received an email last night saying my redemption had been processed and funds would be in my account next business day which would be today but big surprise- no money. I have been reaching out to both Sidepot and Aeropay all day with no results. When I called them both out for their email being a lie, they both stopped answering me so who know if I will ever receive my money! Stay away from casinos like this when there are plenty who pay instantly with no runaround!!! Sidepot- do better

Ive won $100 and I would not recommend this app. Even though Ive won it is 100% a scam. My buddy has deposited upwards of $300 and still hasn’t won anything. I promise for as many people win 10 people lose at least. Don’t use this app, from someone who has won!! On crash if the multiplayer was predetermined to be 100x it doesn’t matter. If you put in a significant amount of money it’s going to crash early. Anybody who says they’ve won off the free dollar is straight up lying. I’ve tried for over a month and can’t even hardly double let alone 100x a free dollar. If you put money on good luck cause sorry to say it’s gone

Jesus christ the blackjack had me laughing so hard i cried! The computer will get multiple blackjacks and hits to 21 like crazy, while you bust 90% of the time. You can literally guess the cards the computer will get. AVOID!!!!!!!
