I took my Skoda to Jackson’s for an intermittent mechanical repair two other local garages had failed to diagnose correctly. Their (Jackson’s) technician researched the issue and carried out a successful same day fix.
Splendid efficient customer service I would strongly recommend.

While visiting the area, my car developed a problem. I called the garage and they agreed to look at my car straight away and fixed the problem immediately. Brilliant service and very friendly and helpful - I’d highly recommend them

Focus booked in to investigate engine fault message. Garage kindly arranged vehicle pick up and delivery back due to my temporary medical problem. Explained to me the problem and fix. Excellent service.

What a fantastic service! Called in at 5.30pm with grinding brakes. Crisis - I was off to a wedding the next day - 500 mile round trip to the South Coast. The team sprang into action for me! Kept my car overnight, gave me a courtesy car for the evening, by 10.30 next morning the job had been done. Front discs and pads completely changed, car ready for my trip. What an outstanding response from everyone at Sidney Jackson. Top people, top service!

I recently had to deal with a failed attempt of some masked ndividuals trying to steal my car. They broke the driver's side lock and also gouged the paintwork around the same area.

I spoke to John Dwyer there about the damage and he asked me to send photos and ordered me a new lock barrel and touch up paint.

Everything came within a couple of days and fitted - nothing was too much trouble and I really appreciate their speedy assistance to get my car secure again after such a scary happening

I was really struggling to find somewhere that could carry out an MOT for our motorhome, but I was recommended Sydney Jacksons in Prestbury—and I’m so glad I was.
Although they were unable to fit the motorhome on their own ramp, they went above and beyond to help. They arranged everything with another MOT centre they work with in Knutsford, booked it in for us, and even handled transporting the motorhome there and back.
The whole process was completely stress-free. Nothing was too much trouble—the team were efficient, friendly, and highly professional throughout.
Absolutely excellent service, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Brilliant experience without doubt the best service Ive ever enjoyed as a car owner. My car went in for an MOT and all was done within an hour. The waiting room is comfortable with free drinks available and TV. Staff were all first class.

Sidney Jackson obviously take pride in what they do. Excellent quality cars, traditional care and honesty, excellent communication and fair prices.

We had asked for some advice and a couple of alterations to the car, to make it more specific for our needs, this was done without hesitation and just as we had wanted.
