If I could give zero I would they are a complete scam. They ripped me off over $1000.They do not answer emails telegram anyway you try and contact them. They do not produce shipping tracking. It’s a complete scam. Stay away from them. I was guaranteed delivery of two weeks is now been nearly 4 weeks and haven’t heard a word from them after constant emails.

I have worked with this company many times and the results were very good. ALisa Yang was very kind and helped me many times. Last order, I paid with crypto and I didn't have any problems. So I don't know who the two are who gave negative ratings, but I swear that Alisa is a very kind and intelligent character.

This company is a SCAM!!!

I placed an order for two items that were supposedly in stock in the USA but guess what! I never received them! After countless emails, they keep giving me the runaround with excuse after excuse. Well, it’s been weeks, and still nothing—no product, no refund, and now they’re completely unresponsive!

Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. They took my money and disappeared. Thankfully the first order I placed was less than $200, I had a feeling they were too good to be true, it’s a shame I would have spent thousands of dollars with them, but instead they would rather scam people… Well enjoy your whole measly $200 losers!

This site is managed by one named Alisa Yang, which is a disgusting scammer!
I shopped several times from this company while it was under the control of Alibaba there was no problem, but the last time I made a mistake and ordered outside Alibaba because the company was removed from there, but I relied on good relationships from the previous orders.
So I ordered from the site, sigmachemical.com.cn, the whole deal was led between me, and Alisa Yang, which is the chief representative of this site. So my last order was products for over 1000 euros, the order delayed a lot of about 3 months, but the worst part is that it was missing 70% of the order, and what arrived was a full garbage, one part was broken, the other part products were expired, a third were some bottles of butter solutions in which junk was swimming, I will not explain in detail because there will be no place ....I have documents and photos through which I can prove all this, but there is no option to upload files if Trustpilot had this option I would show them! Also, the scammer said she would restore me, part of the order, but if I complained somewhere, she wouldn't send me anything, I waited too much even, and of course she sent me nothing!
Generally, beware of these are great scammers, I would even say that they are endangering people's lives for sure, should be imprisoned for a long time!
