Horrible customer service and we didnt get what we ordered. Apparently, email wasn't clear enough to explain what we wanted that i had to call several times to explain. in the end we didn't get what we ordered. I do not recommend this company. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Horrible customer service. This company sent coins with scratches on them and stickers that are peeling off. A company that used to care about their customers who serve this country - now only care about money. They will not refund even if they send a bad quality product. Do not use this company. They are NOT for the customer anymore, they became a greedy company.

One of our amazing clients requested that we design and produce challenge coins for them. It was not something we had ever designed before and we wanted to work with a company who would do some hand holding and make sure the end result was exceptional. Right off the bat, I could tell that Signature Coins conducted business in a very professional, and quick manner. Their questions, communications, and completion of proof coin rendition stood out among four bids that I was looking at. No one came close in the professional looking proof that they designed, the time in which the proof was delivered, and the communications to ensure that all was well. Most of the presented renditions were pathetic. Some companies did not even supply a proof, just questions. I was highly impressed with Signature Coins.
