I ordered and paid for the services of this company early July, and after hearing of promises that it will be shipped on a Monday (every Monday) and that I would have them no later Friday - they say that every week, AND I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THEM! So I told them to cancel and send a refund, but then they said since it was a custom order I am stuck. So I have paid but have nothing but a headache. I am sending all correspondence to better business bureau to start my process!

This company does an excellent job and completes the work in a timely manner. Occasionally, there was a language barrier, and while I needed them to repeat things, the quality of the work remained high.

The service has been excellent and the transition without stress to our company or interruption to our patients.
