Although this product did not work for me, I am thoroughly impressed with how easy it was to delete my account.
Super slick and useful for signing PDFs. We are a small consultancy that works in a sensitive space with lots of NDAs and Contracts to sign. SignNow works great - lots of nice features.
Careful, they try to get you with a fake 7 days trial but when you try to send the contract you can't. It says : "Sending invites with custom message or subject is not available on your current plan"
So when you try to delete custom message and subject you can't send it... because... YOU HAVE TO PUT A MESSAGE AND A SUBJECT.
So you are forced to subscribe, to send it. I don't sub to scammers, so I subscribed to Docusign. More expensive but without lies

I have used many different signing programs, this one is the worst. The customer service folks cannot help with anything other than very basic tasks. I sent a bulk send document with 3000 signatories and the whole process was slow and frustrating and in the end the system could not cope with multiple signers and a hyperlink, the documents got "stuck" and customer service was useless. I am demanding my money back! Use PandaDoc or Docusign instead
Poor UI and too many technical limitations, better options for price out there.

I've been a pro user of Airslate services (including PDF Filler, Signnow, etc) for years. Speaking specifically about Signnow, although the company guarantees all signatures are "legally binding and IRS Compliant," we received plenty of rejections for paper filing due to the electronic signature, which is, according to the IRS, not allowed to be used.
Funny is that the Company has a disclaimer landing page explaining exactly how they are compliant and guaranteeing the user may send IRS the electronic signature... now we have to re-submit a lot of tax returns.
Who is going to assume this expense/loss? ($5/10 certified mail per return...)

During the check out process there was no mention of any taxes that would be applied. When the charge when through on my card it was significantly higher than what I though I'd be paying. When I inspected the invoice, the invoice just said "Tax" (not which type of tax). When I asked customer service they did not know and they said they would have to get back to me.
Also beware the hidden costs because they have now introduced a per-signature rate which is applied after you surpass a certain number of signatures.
Even if this is resolved, we need to point out these shady business practices.
EDIT: Having read several of the 5-star reviews for airSlate SignNow here on Trustpilot, it is my hypothesis that a large number of the 5-star reviews are fake/paid for. They are all following a very similar template.

We've been loyal customers of SignNow since 2021. They recently got acquired by AirSlate who is trying to profit off of all other old customer. I've been quoted a rate that is over 5x our current pricing, and told that there is no flexibility on this. We are being forced to explore other options though we didnt particularly want to do so. Updated company name based on feedback. Ticket number #3692255

The pricing on their website is NOT the price.
Firstly its USD, this is not displayed. beware if you not in US
Then an additional tax is charged. not sure what this is.

My price increased from $12 per year to $180 per year out of nowhere and now there is also a 100 document cap. This is a predatory price increase

I'm very disappointed with SignNow. I paid $96 for a yearly plan and they charged me again for another $96 8 months later saying I've used up all the "free invites" included in the plan. There is no information provided at signing up about limited invites and they charge $0.96 for every invite after the so called Free invites.I found this very dishonest and unfair. They also never informed me about the extra charge. I contacted them but it went nowhere. I would not recommend it to anyone.

As an IT professional the price vs value is absurd for all e-signature platforms when comparing to features of other services, but Airslate intentionally gatekeeps simple features you would expect to be included and uses links to roundabout support pages that are just advertising. Anyone using this platform should switch to another simply due to the hidden fees in the 100 annual invite limit, that then automatically charges more than what the annual subscription costs every time you use another 100, which doesn't pool under multilpe seats. Scumbag design.

The subscription details are misleading and not clearly shown on their site. They only offer 100 signatures per year, which isn’t enough if you’re using it with a team. After that, they charge $3.50 per signature—way too expensive. This info is buried in a single FAQ, not shown clearly upfront.I ended up stuck after rolling it out to my team, not realizing the limit.I wouldn’t recommend using it.
Answer for Reply - It is not about batch, it is about hiding information. Nowhere it is written that there are only 100 signatures free in one year except on one FAQ at the bottom. Just wanted to ask the product manager- how many time does he/she takes a decision after reading FAQs. It is called concealing the information.

What they don't tell you is that even if you buy a Business Premium subscription, you only have a limited number of "invites to sign" that you can send. In fact even if you pay nearly $400 AUD a year you can only send 100 invites. Afterwards you need to pay for batches of 100 signatures for $180 each. It's an incredibly scummy product that hides its pricing from prospective customers and profits from simply not being as expensive as DocuSign.
The product itself is not that straight forward to use. I would recommend people reading this review to instead look at Google Workspace (which you get email, Gemini and cloud storage with) for far less than what they are charging for

Their free trial is exactly as it says it is-free. You can upload a document, very easily drag and drop if you want a signature, date, etc throughout your document. It sends it to all recipients and gives you a final copy. If I ever need to make files to be signed often I would come to SignNow to purchase a subscription! They even auto-generate a sort of CRM for you and organize tasks for yourself and others to do and has an inbox feature which I am not sure how it works but seems like it could be useful. They even have an option to notarize your documents. Very good experience. Just what I needed. Thank you!

Ralp was awesome! Quick and professional!
First they lure you in with a starting price of $8/month which actually means $96 upfront for a year. The real monthly price is around $24 for the most simple package they offer. Fine. What they don't mention is that even paying $96/year or $24/month, all you really have access to is 100 document signatures FOR LIFE. After that they will charge you 96 cents per sent document, to be paid in bulk after you've sent 100 additional documents. They claim this isn't fraudulent as it is mentioned in their FAQ's, but it is hidden away in the last drop-down question and not prominently featured in the tier pricing presentation. It begs the question, what exactly does one get when paying the monthly fee of $24/month? AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
