I don't even know where to begin. I bought two nightstands and a dresser, and they turned out to be incredibly poor quality, almost cheap. Honestly, the pictures made them look like full-sized nightstands, but what I received was something that seemed fit for a dollhouse, barely reaching my knees. They are definitely not what was advertised. I will give them some credit for fast shipping, but returning these items? Absolutely a nightmare. I can only imagine how much they save on shipping with FedEx, but for regular customers like us, it would cost nearly as much as the items themselves to send them back. Their return policy is terrible. They offered me $50 to keep the furniture and donate it, but that doesn't even come close to making up for what I spent.

Ils m'ont envoyés un message comme quoi ils ne pouvaient pas me le livrer à mon adresse mais m'ont débité quand même 160€ le jour même. Depuis j'envoie des messages pour me faire livrer ou me faire rembourser, mais aucun retour. Ce site n' est pas fiable.

How can online sales be trusted when a company solicits positive reviews for pay? With very clear criteria for what to say. That's the offer I just received from Sikaic. Sad.

I bought a Vanity for my 10 year old granddaughter for Christmas, and she was overjoyed! Loved it! However, the "makeup mirror lights" had a "bug" and would not work properly. These guys got right on the issue immediately upon my email to them and sent all the necessary parts in a VERY prompt manner to fix the issue. There was zero back and forth, it was simply "you have an issue lets fix it ASAP". Bravo Sikaic!!!!!

Company is a joke, I ordered a bed for my daughter got it quick so I’m super excited then boom nightmare missing part they never respond and when they do it’s at 2am in the morning. So next they send the missing part and put it on the cheapest method possible and lied and said they expedited it knowing damn well they didn’t. So now my daughter doesn’t have a bed and it’s Christmas so she’s on a mattress that’s it and they not trying to do anything extra so they just don’t respond at all

Schlechte Produktqualität, hatte ein Spiegelschrank gekauft (Furnier bricht, Kabel zu kurz, minderwertiges Material). Rücknahme verweigert. Rückerstattung seit über einem Monat trotz Zusage nicht erhalten. Kommunikation ohne Lösung. Kein empfehlenswerter Anbieter, Finger weg!

Ich habe einen höhenverstellbaren Couchtisch bestellt. Verpackung und Lieferung waren einwandfrei. Aufbau ging recht schnell und einfach. Es war ein sehr günstiger Preis - ich habe ehrlich gesagt keine grossen Erwartungen an die Qualität gehabt. Doch ich muss sagen, ich bin positiv überrascht. Zwar muss man beim Ausklappen der Tischplatte eine bestimmte Technik beachten, aber sonst alles bestens. Der Tisch ist chic und sehr funktional. Das, was wir wollten.

Wir haben einen Schuhschrank bestellt. Lieferung ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Verpackung perfekt! Alles gut gesichert.
Aufbau etwas knifflig aber auf jeden Fall mit guter Anleitung machbar.
Der Schrank sieht sehr gut aus. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

It's a good price for the quality. I've bought a LED bathroom mirror. It's working great. A had to make a few adjustments (hinges squeaking, dimming the light isn't always working). But all in all it's a good product.

Le bureau que j’ai reçu comportait deux pièces cassées durant le transport.
Après échange avec le service client et justification de la réception de pièces cassées, j’ai reçu un nouveau bureau en remplacement.
Les échanges avec le service client étaient très polis et constructifs.
Je suis donc tout à fait satisfaite de la gestion de mon problème.
Le bureau est aujourd’hui monté, et les différentes pièces me semblent de qualité.

J'ai commandé 2 meubles de cuisine et comme je ne connaissais pas ce site j'avais un peu d'appréhension. Mais non seulement j'ai été livrée très rapidement, en quelques jours mais les meubles sont très beaux, solides et se nettoient facilement. Le montage n'est pas très compliqué. Vraiment je recommande ce site et j'achèterai sûrement autre chose en toute confiance.

J ai commandé un lit il y a 15 jours. Ils m'ont envoyés un message comme quoi ils ne pouvaient pas me le livrer à mon adresse mais m ont débité quand même les 409.99 € le jour même. Depuis je me bats pour me faire rembourser et je n y arrive pas. Ce site est une escroquerie !!!

Ordering the Modern Upholstered Platform Faux Leather Wave Like Curve Bed Frame with Headboard RGB LED Lights Black was easy enough. It fit in with my design intent and aesthetics BEAUTIFULLY and was the most affordable on the market compared to other retailers. The only downside/recommendation was that it took me 3 nights to assemble the bed - so get the furniture assembly if you can afford it. I am so thankful the delivery and product itself was worth it however!

Ich habe mir einen Couchtisch bestellt. Bei der ersten Lieferung war der Tisch beschädigt, worauf man mir eine neue Tischplatte zukommen hat lassen, allerdings war auch diese beschädigt. Zunächst hat man mir eine Gutschrift zugesagt, ich aber wollte vom Kauf zurücktreten. Danach wurde mir anstandlos die gesamte Kaufsumme wieder auf meinem Kreditkartenkonto gutgeschrieben. Den Tisch sollte ich behalten.
