Overpriced and prepare to pay even more
This is an overpriced product by a company that failed to warn us that additional customs costs were not included. All other international merchants always include a warning. Even their order confirmation email just stated: "Shipping method: FedEx Door-to-Door and Free Shipping".
Factor in several tens of pounds on top.

To clarify - shipping costs were fully covered by us. However, for orders shipped outside the EU, local customs duties, taxes, or courier handling fees (e.g., FedEx charges) may still apply. These are set by local authorities and couriers, and unfortunately are not included in our product price.

Only one profile can be setup
I have multiple atheletes in my house however, the app only let's you sign up one child for the experience. There should be a way to have multiple profiles especially when you are paying $300 for a kit.

At the moment, the app supports one athlete profile per subscription, but we do offer 50% OFF for a second app access for families with more than one player. 🙌

Total rip-off and zero-value
Total rip-off. DO NOT BUY!
Foam ball, rubber mat and 3 pairs of socks. Nothing intelligent about it at all. It's literally a 3 dollar cost chinese practice mat, with zero gamification, digital interaction to compete or compare with.
Find a basketball and go outside.
What an ABSOLUTE waste of money! My son (and me) are so disappointed 😞☹️😞☹️

Not worth my money
I bought this hoping for a simple, quiet way to practice indoors, but it's been nothing but frustrating. The mat slipped and I actually injured my ankle, while trying to do my drills. On top of that I paid unexpected customs fees that weren't mentioned anywhere on the website. I emailed support but they are very slow and not helping at all. Overall, it's stressful to use and not worth my money.

Le matériel est de bonne qualité, ma fille apprécie le rebond et peut ainsi s'entraîner dans notre appartement.
La livraison du ballon a été très rapide , celle du tapis, différée de 12jours. M'inquiétant de ne pas voir venir le tapis j'ai pris contact avec le service client par mail et celui ci a été rapide à répondre et efficace.
Petit bémol, le prix est un peu élevé.

Qualitu exceeded expectations
Amazing set, arrived quickly in just 3 days. Our kid is busy learning new skills and really enjoying it. Could be slightly cheaper, but the calm and quiet home makes it totally worth it.

I am happy that I made this decision to buy a training set. This was a gift to my daughter after she won weekend tournament. I have another kid that also wants it now. They are sharing at the moment but I am definitely getting another one for Christmas!

Do not order from this company. I regret ordering this. The website advertised "Free shipping" but I ended up paying almost £50 fees for delivery to UK. I reached out to the company to ask for help, but all I got were generic responses that didn't fix anything. It's frustrating and misleading .

This thing is basically useless
I honestly don't understand how this product has any good reviews. The ball feels cheap, the bounce is inconsistent, and the whole setup feels like something you would find in a bargain bin, not at this price. Within a few days it already looked worn out and the training mat is so flimsy it slides around constantly. I bought it hoping for a solid indoor training tool and ended up with a noisy, awkward toy that doesn't help with anything. I wasted my money. I can't recommend to anyone, total trash.

If ordering to the UK
If ordering to the UK, bear in mind FEDEX will charge you nearly £50 in customs fees! Not written anywhere on website when ordering.. so just bare this in mind when factoring in costs. Money is so tight right now, this was quite a big purchase for me. And it was already delivered, so now can’t return it. As still would owe the money.
