Silent Disco 4U Avaliações

This is the second time that we have used this company and rented 40 headsets for each of our parties… They are delivered when they say they will deliver and collected at an address of your choice. The headsets are always a hit with our guests and work really well!

Excellent customer service and support. The whole experience was simple, efficient and stress free , from delivery, set up, and collection. Highly recommend and would use again, brilliant communication throughout . If I could give 10 stars I would.

Absolutely everything was brilliant from the customer service, the ease of delivery, the instructions for set up and collection. We've never set up our own silent disco at home but this service made it so easy to do as first timers and it was great value for money. We hired it over the bank holiday weekend so we had a good couple days use out of it.

The only thing that went a little awry was that the website allowed me to book for delivery on Thursday even though I was putting the order through very late Wednesday night around 11pm but the order confirmed it would be delivered tomorrow (Thursday). I didn't receive a delivery time slot email on Thursday morning so I contacted the team and they informed me that the website shouldn't have allowed me to click Thursday as an option as it was past the cut off point so that may just be something the team need to check on the website to avoid that happening in future. However, Emily was very kind and helpful with this and upgraded my delivery to guaranteed Friday morning delivery to ensure I received the box in good time before our party so I greatly appreciated her assist with this. I would most definitely be using this service again without a doubt - we had so much fun!

Our Silent Disco pack was delivered in good time and contained everything we needed plus video instructions by email. We were very impressed by the quality of the equipment, we gave it a practice go and it was easy to set up. The party was amazing, everyone loved the music! The pack was collected as planned the next day with excellent communication by email and text. Thank you SO much Silent Disco team, it was VERY professional and great fun and excellent value. We’ll definitely do it again!

On initial contact all my questions were answered and delivery and collection was arranged and executed without issue. Plus, the introduction of Karaoke was a highlight of the event. Overall, a great experience

Thank you Silent Disco 4U for again supplying the equipment for our party. Everything I ordered arrived on time and in working order, with your helpful email to guide us through. Once everything is set up it works well and our guests loved spontaneously dancing and singing outside all evening. The equipment was safe and dry indoors and the range was excellent as our garden is big.

Ordering
Ordering online was simple and easy
Chose 60 headsets 2 x Tablets and a lighting package cost less than I thought.

Delivery
DPD ust like receiving a parcel.

Unboxing and Set up
All pretty intuitive and the video helped, when there was a potential problem with a tablet the helpline was easy to get through to and easily sorted my problem.
Top Top: Take a few pictures of what came in what pouch or container, made it easy to pack and store on the Saturday, after a few beers :-)

Use on the night
Everyone loved it, in effect we had three channels, 2010s, 80s and Silence to talk.

Take down and collection.
We initially took it down and stored it safely within 10 minutes of the end of the night and closure of the venue. Then in the morning did a cable count and finesse.

Collection was on the day agreed and with a good fair window given the day before.

Summary: Good price, easy comms and logistics, easy set up and everybody loved it, had several enquiries on the night.

I can highly recommend this company on every level for a silent disco. They respond to emails promptly, answering all questions. The headsets arrived as stated, easy to use instructions, great kit, did what it said on the tin. Everyone loved them and the silent disco went down a treat. Returning was equally simple. Pack it all up in the box provided and DPD arrived as requested, even with me having to change the time last minute. Would definitely use again.

I organised a leavers party for 60 children and I hired the kit including lights and smoke machine. It was brilliant so easy to use and fantastic value. I was really impressed would highly recommend and will definitely be using again.

Hired for my sister’s hen do and was an absolute blast. The Photo Booth was awesome and everything from delivery, to set up, to pick up was so simple and well explained!

Amazing customer service too! Thank you.

Excellent value for money. Efficient service. Great communication! Wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Absolutely brilliant — fantastic equipment, an amazing photobooth, and phenomenal customer service.
We hired 100 silent disco headsets from SilentDisco4U for an event, using two channels, with one tablet supplied to run one of the channels. The equipment was excellent: everything worked perfectly, the sound quality was great, and the whole setup was straightforward. It made a huge difference to the event and people absolutely loved it.
We also hired the photobooth, which was amazing. It was a massive hit with our guests and we ended up with 670 pictures from the event — a brilliant keepsake and well worth adding on.
Delivery and collection were completely hassle-free. Even when DPD delayed the collection, SilentDisco4U sorted it out immediately with no stress or fuss.
What really stood out was the customer service. I had a couple of small setup queries before and during the hire, and a quick phone call resolved everything straight away. They were friendly, helpful, calm and efficient — exactly what you want when you’re organising an event and need things to just work.
We would absolutely hire from SilentDisco4U again and would recommend them without hesitation. Brilliant company, brilliant kit, amazing photobooth, and genuinely excellent service.

I booked these for a guide camp and it was the highlight of the whole camp! I had a festival theme camp and they loved it and have asked to have it again! The process was easy!

I used Silent Disco 4U for my son's birthday last year and I'm about to use them again this year after he said he wanted the exact same party. Excellent service from SD4U, headsets and equipment arrived as stated and well ahead of time and was super easy to use. I had meant to leave a review then but must have forgotten so here is my 5 star review now!

This is a fantastic service. Trusted delivery. Amazing quality goods. Brilliant value for money! I would highly recommend.

I hired 20 headphones and 3 transmitters for a small party. The equipment sent is 1st class, like new. The communication from the company covered how to use the kit, when delivery would be, and how to pack up and prepare for collection.

Everything went very smoothly, I will certainly recommend this company to friends. A 5 star experience.

I can’t recommend Silent Disco 4U enough. I hired a 36 head sets & 3 transmitters with tablets for my birthday party. It was the hit of the night, I had guests ranging from 21 to 88 years old, everyone absolutely loved it. Service & communication was excellent. The entire process was so straightforward. I will 100% be returning to Silent Disco 4U for any future events. Best decision of the night.

First class service from ordering the equipment to delivery (well ahead of schedule) and pick up as arranged. The karaoke machine and microphones worked brilliantly with an amazing range of songs from every genre! Instructions were easy to follow and the pricing very reasonable. Would definitely use this service again!

Highly recommend. Great communication. Prompt delivery well ahead of scheduled event. Good quality headphones and incredibly easy set up.
5 stars!

A brilliant service from Silent Disco 4U. Especially Emily who chased the delivery company to deliver on time. We held a big family party, over two days, on West Coast of Scotland, with rock music, trad music, ceilidh dancing, BBQ, treasure hunt, quiz, games, storytelling and silent disco. The silent disco was quite the most entertaining event, it appealed to everyone. My wife, our children, grandchildren and friends ALL loved it!
