This company is a scam. They double-charged me for a website, then hacked it and made it disappear. They keep asking for more money, disappearing for weeks, and never deliver a usable site. Avoid them completely — especially Andrew.

These guys designed a wordpress site that looked okay. They did not provide all the information I needed to maintain it, and I had to hire someone else for that. But now, I cannot access the site at all and I purchased the hosting through them. They are not responsive to calls, email and contact form

We were off to a good start, but no follow through. The website looks okay on a computer, doesn't work on mobile and the calendar does not show. I really expected more. They were slow to return email/calls now crickets.

I was pleasantly surprised by Silicon Design Studio! The layout is sleek and user-friendly, and they took the time to fully grasp the essence of my brand. I'm really pleased with how it turned out!

July 2024 I was searching for professional website developers through Bark.com (Australia). I received some responses from website developers, and one of them is Silicon Design Studio Australia. I first received a call from Silicon Design Studio on 18 July 2024 who offered me their 'Professional Website Package' which caught my interest thus I have decided to go with them. In order to proceed, I was asked over the phone to pay upfront the total amount of $499.00AUD but I actually paid $513.97AUD ($14.97 charged for foreign fee USA). Note that I was not informed ahead that I will be charged of a foreign fee for USA.
Upon review of the initial mock-up website, the content was a complete COPY-AND-PASTE from another website hence I have complained and asked them to correct it. From July 2024 to December 2024, it was a back-and-forth correspondence with them chasing the completion of my website, not to mention that the project was passed on to at least 3 different people, one from Australia and two from USA. On 9 January 2025, when I reviewed the latest mock-up website, I still found pages containing the same descriptions from another website hence I have decided to ask for a refund of my payment. None of all my contacts responded to my email. I have also emailed their contact email shown on their website but got no response. I also called their contact number on their website (02 91299494) including their WhatsApp number, but all these numbers are no longer contactable.

I was blown away but the creativity and professionalism of Silicon Design Studio. They didn't just design a logo they created a brand identity that Im incredible proud of the attention to detail communication and final result were all top notch. I highly recommend their services

The site performs well on all devices providing a great user experience for our customers. We've received positive feedback and have been seen an increase in mobile traffic. Their expertise in web design is evident, and we are very satisfied with the outcome.

Call me before you give this company a penny. Charles King 214-663-2813, everything about this company is fake. Their website is fake. Their address is fake. I went to their address, and it was an empty apartment, and the apartment management said it had been empty for a long time. They quoted they could do some IT work for me quickly. They said they would only charge me $500 and I could Zelle them the money. I told him I would put it on my USAA Visa card. Then they told me a person from their team would contact me the next morning at 9 AM. The next day at 9 AM, no call, at 10 AM no call at 11 AM. I checked my account and they had hit me again for $500. I am reversing the charges on my USAA visa. They have photographs of people supposedly working in their office. Fake , I tried to call the number when I realize they hit me a second time for $500, and that number was disconnected.

There were no requirements from my side needed. Your requirements, that I paid for In advanced was for you to build a website which I had approved. I had Provided all the information needed. Wasn't asked to provide anything else. When I question And requested an updates, There was no reply to emails. There's been no refund or any communication regarding any termination of the agreement.

Due to my experience, my opinion is that this company is a scammer. STAY CLEAR!!! Use a Australian based local company.
