Ordered on the 14th arrived yesterday (23rd) was starting to get a bit worried as I did not realise it was not a uk based company however, emailed them they replied straight away and I’m absolutely thrilled with the product. It truly is a fantastic bit of kit. Curls my daughters hair beautifully and so easy to use. Highly recommend this item would have give full stars ⭐️ If it wasn’t for the delay in the delivery 😊😊

Like many people, I thought I was dealing with a UK company. I ordered mine on 10th December and didn't think it was going to arrive as the shipping details were not updated. Valeria answered my query and confirmed it was on its way.

Arrived today and tried it out- fab curls, battery only went down one bar doing my full hair. Absolutely love it and the outcome. Very pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend silkwave.

I ordered on the 28th November. Arrived yesterday. When I started tracking my order I noticed a Chinese postal service. I emailed asking why it's coming from China as the company does not mention China at all. Not even the shipping page. Very misleading. I did get a reply from Valerie. She clearly didn't read my email correctly and suggested I use my order number to track my parcel. Therefore I just emailed back with WHY IS IT BEING SHIPPED FROM CHINA? I then got the answer. All our products (1) are made and shipped from there. I replied with. Might be worth mentioning that on your website.

Other than that product is brilliant.

I feel duped..I thought like a lot of others that I was ordering from a UK based company..it’s now obvious that this will come, if it comes at all from China. If there are any issues with delivery or the product itself there will be absolutely no customer service. If you are going to order through the Silkwave dot com website then use PayPal at the very least ..good luck !!

Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive which I can live with given the time of year. However very disappointed it finally arrived and was missing the USB cable needed to charge. Have emailed and no response. Feel like now they have my money no incentive for them to sort this out. Result left with useless piece of equipment. Can someone please let me know when I will receive the missing cable!!!

I placed an order on 6th Dec. I received an email on 7th Dec to advise the Silk Wave had been dispatched. They advise 5-15 days for delivery due to delays with the carrier. On further exploration it appears that 4PX are used as the carrier, which would suggest the product is coming from China. 18th December and I have not received a repsonse to email enquires and nobody picks up the phone. There is no tracking information available even though there is a tracking number. It is very disappointing to see that a product purchased from what I believed to be a UK company, now appears to be coming from China. I don't believe it will arrive witin the 15 day window as the tracking information doesn't even register. Just very disappointing, as the product itself has very good reviews.

Amazing product! I have tried everything previously to curl my hair including dysons and ghd and nothing compares to these. To have a perfect curl created so quickly and to last without dropping after an hour is amazing! They took 3 weeks to arrive but absolutely worth the wait. Their website did also clearly state that due to the current time of year there would be a delayed delivery. I have thick, medium length hair and it took me 20 mins tops to style my full head. I’d definitely recommend!

I've bought 2 off these for birthday presents, 2 weeks ago. I understand this time off year deliveries can be slow. But I've tried to track my order with the details I was given when I purchased them. No tracking available and I've emailed x2 and phoned customer services with no response. Dont hold out much hope of receiving my goods. If they could confirm where the order is, it would be a little reassuring, that I haven't been scammed.

Received mine today and they are not working, they are not heating up after being fully charged, I have attempted a few times but nothing and cannot get thru to anyone on the phone to actually talk to someone all automated.

Loving this little gadget! It super easy to use and speedy too. Very important when you are a mum on the run!

I received my Silkwave very quickly. Much faster than I was expecting. It was packaged really well. The curler is so elegant. The buttons and details show it’s high quality. It’s extremely simple to use. I managed to curl my whole head in 15 mins, my hair is very long and quite thick. I would highly recommend this to everyone

I had been looking at these for some time, watching various videos. I was not entirely sure about them, or if they would actually work well. I took the plunge and purchased my Silkwave! They took 2 weeks to arrive, but it is that time of year and they do say 5-15 days for delivery. I also had an issue and contacted Customer Services, they were so incredibly helpful, patient and polite! (thank you Valeria). They arrived today and I am so happy with them. I love that they come with a comb, 2 hair clips, USB cable and a lovely back velvet pouch to keep it all in; very smart.
I have tried them out today and they are easy to use and I am really happy with the results! Lovely curls!

I was a bit skeptical as I looked at the silk wave and ordered and suddenly my Facebook was filled with adverts from different brands for the same thing! I waited around 10 days and it arrived yesterday (uk) it hasn’t disappointed smart elegant device and the curls are amazing! I have shoulder length hair and the curls look great, I tried it on my daughter who has long hair and the curls were beautiful and stayed in over night!
The beeping is annoying but wouldn’t put me off using it.
Definitely my Best Buy this year!

Bought a hair curler for my partner for her Birthday. She absolutely loves it. Instructions are really clear on how to use it and the end product is really cool.

The item I purchased is a gift for my wife so I can't comment on the product but the quality of service was excellent and the parcel arrived in good time and was very well packaged and in good condition.

Absolutely love the Silkwave! My curls last for days, and it’s quick and easy to use. I even bought one for my niece as the protective barrel makes it safe from heat too!
