Ordered and never received. Fake order number. Can’t get ahold of anyone. Total scam!

Never received my order

Ordered the 6’3” goose but received a significantly smaller version (~5’5”). The item does not match the description, and there is a clear price difference between the sizes.

I also tried contacting the seller but did not receive a response.

The goose itself is fine, but be aware that the sizing may not be accurate and customer service is unresponsive.

I have never received my purchase, the tracking number says it was delivered to a completely different state. Multiple inquiries have gotten no response. Do not use this company.

I ordered the wearable silly goose blanket on Feb 6th. I still have not received the item. I received an invalid tracking number. I reached out via email several times. I got ONE response stating that it must mean the item was lost in shipment and would rearrange a new shipment. Have not heard from them since. Have not received a new tracking number. I am sure I will not be receiving this item ever. Disputed the charge with my bank

I ordered the silly goose mittens in January. Though the site says they were shipped and my card was charged, there is no tracking available and I have written several times with no response. Avoid this scam company!!

Update on 3/27/26: Never got my package. Don’t order from this site!!
On 2/25/26 I ordered the BOGO free goose mittens. I live in Georgia. On 3/5/26 I checked the shipping and the package had been delivered to a parcel locker in California. I’ve emailed customer service twice, and another 7 days have gone by and no email response and still no package.

I ordered 3 pairs of gloves on February 11, 2026. My credit card was charged right away. On February 25, 2026 a USPS tracking number was provided, but when I checked it, there was no information available because they hadn't received the products. I have emailed twice with no response from Silly Goose. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company since it's been a month since I placed the order, and I haven't received the items, nor have I heard anything from them.

It´s a scam.

Waited for a couple of months to receive an item I ordered from them. It never left the order received status. I messaged them never heard back. I waited a while went back and checked. It said it was shipped. Never received. It went back and looked again. It says it was delivered March 6 today’s March 10. It was never delivered. Ridiculous. No response from any of my messages to them. Do not order from them!!!

I never received my order, and they don't respond to my emails. The tracking number was invalid.

As others have stated, they do not respond. I ordered two pair back in January, and it never left the "information received" step of shipping which was posted on 1/23.
I was also duped into ordering a 3rd pair at checkout with not way to cancel it.
I can't get in touch with the carrier because the site is in Chinese, and when I clicked on the English option it just said the website cannot be reached.
Total scam. I am surprised some people received their order.

Ordered the giant goose plushie, no delivery information was provided. After contact with customer support, they said there was a problem with shipping and will be sending out a new one. In the next email they said it was supposedly already sent and delivered (it was not) and stopped responding.

When I ordered the "buy one get one free" of the Silly Goose mittens, I thought $36 was a fine price for 2 pairs. As soon as I got my email confirmation, it said that there was 1 pair coming. I emailed them and never got a reply. I thought maybe the 1 pair was a mistake and waited until I finally received my package yesterday and, in fact, there was one pair of mittens in it. I emailed them immediately and so far, haven't heard back. I don't expect to. I certainly wouldn't have spent $36 on one pair of mittens -- they're cute but not worth that price. I should have read all the bad reviews before ordering!

Edit: I just noticed on the label on the cellophane of the one pair I received it says "1 pair orange/white colour matching free second pair". Only received one pair, so am very dissatisfied.

Don’t order from here, it is a scam. Item apparently en route from China and arrived at Heathrow but never left the airport, customer service do not respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a goose blanket mid-November for a Christmas present, did not arrive on time. Tracking kept showing that it was out for delivery. I sent an email to customer service on 12/29 and when I checked tracking the following day, it said delivered. I never received my item! I have now emailed three times with no response and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!

Order the buy one get one, took forever, missed Christmas present. No communication! Do not waste your money. This company is.a joke

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Ordered at my kid's insistence for a gift for their friend - product never received, no tracking information provided, and "Jake" (probably just an AI bot) refused to refund. Treated it as a lesson for my kiddo in social media scam marketing, and closed all connected accounts to ensure they didn't try to bill us for anything else.

Scam. Cheap goods shipping ages china that don't match the photos. Merchant is refusing returns..I've had to report the merchant to shopify to try to get a refund

The tracking link did not work so I contacted them after a week or so to be told that it was common with international orders and would work soon. Bit annoying as nowhere did it suggest it was an international order. However, the link never did work, its been over a month now and no sign of my order. No reply from customer services either. Seem to be a growing number of reviews for non-arrival of orders. What a scam.
