The only disappointment was a mishap with Royal Mail who sent the parcel to Portsmouth via York, so I missed my friends birthday. But hey these things happen in life and it certainly wasn’t your fault. Thank you again for your excellent service.

The ring I ordered was lovely
The ring I ordered was lovely, however I ordered the wrong size. I was able to return the ring, Silver Amber provided me a returns label to return the item. I received a full refund within days of them receiving the ring back. Very helpful. Would recommend looking at their jewellery . I hope to buy from them again.

Great ring
After ordering and having to return the ring twice through Amazon due to the first ring being very dark in colour, then the second one arriving damaged, I ordered the ring straight from the company after contacting them. It was absolutely perfect and looks great. It even turned out cheaper than amazon, and it arrived quickly too.

Great ring

Delivery was prompt and free. The earrings I bought were beautiful, due to my error I ordered the wrong colour stone . The company agreed to swap for the one I should have ordered with free return. This was my second order from company and can't fault them.

So far I have sent 2 emails, filled in an online contact form and sent a facebook message all have been ignored! Im far from impressed. The pendant was lovely, I need to return the chain.
