The ring I got is very beautiful and the engraving was done very neatly. The ring had a chip/scrape and was a bit big so had to send it back for touch up and resizing. It was literally just a few days and we got the ring back spotless and beautiful. Service was fast and staff were in constant communication with me and was helpful.
