Great quality clothes

The only reason I gave it 4 Star‘s is because delivery took forever but, it was worth the wait. The clothes are awesomely beautiful!!! the pattern on the clothes are vibrant (As seen in the pictures) the quality of the material is excellent. I wear a large women’s it fit me like it was tailored for me. I will be buying many more things, I’m ready to throw everything I own away and replace them with the clothes from this establishment that’s how serious it is. I don’t usually write reviews but my purchase from here prompt the response. Also: when I inquired about the time frame, they responded immediately……

I ordered from SIMISIENNA and the…

I ordered from SIMISIENNA and the sister company several times. I had an issue with not receiving an order that was reported hand delivered to someone at my address, which was absolutely not true. I reached out to the company to report the package not being received. I explained to the company that I have surveillance footage from my Ring camera showing no one delivered or hand delivered any package to my residence. It’s been approximately 30 days without any response or resolution to this matter. Order #16701 unsolved?

We'd like to request for you to please open a case with your local post office so that they can have the local police look into it to prevent precedence.

We would also need a copy of the proof that you have done this, for documentation purposes; so please kindly send us a photo of the case report once completed.

Simisienna products are just as vibrant as their website shows. I ordered 2 hoodies and was please with the quality and texture of both hoodies. Only draw back when ordering, it will take awhile for delivery however; well with the wait. I will be ordering from them again.

Cool styles, Poor Quality

I tried to support instead of going to Nike or Lululemon but the quality just doesn’t compare. If you’re looking for clothes to just “look” like you’re working out in, it may pass. Otherwise, doesn’t offer quality, durability, or the compression needed for a good workout. Also purchased a tote bag and the strap was unraveling. The package smelled like cigarettes on arrival. I knew it wouldn’t last me very long. I returned my items and had to pay a $2 processing fee-small but annoying. This company needs more time to up its game. Great concept though!

No access to orders / automated insertion of billing address as shipping address

When you order an item, there is buy now button. I pressed it, assuming that I would be taken to a page to insert the details of the sale, seeing as I had no account with the company. It took me to a page to add in my cc information, which I did, then I just got a pop up notice saying my order had been placed and they simply lifted the billing address from that information and inserted it into the shipping address. I did not want the item shipped to my billing address, so I tried to log into the sale by the link on the email confirmation they sent me, but it did not allow me to make any changes or cancel. Turns out that the item was coming in the wrong size too! So I emailed customer support and replied to the confirmation email I got, which was the only thing I could do as you are totally locked out of your orders from their site and there is no other information for customer service. I had no reply so I sent another email, and over a week has gone by, so two in total since I first asked to cancel the purchase.

Genuinely pissed

Genuinely pissed.
I placed an order, received my order and loved all except the shoes. I returned the shoes for an e-credit. No problem, however i can’t use the damn e-credit. There’s no code given nor is there a mention of it in my account. So I guess I’m just out of my money. I’ve sent emails at least 5 times and I still haven’t gotten a response. I guess I have no choice but to have
my Lawyer reach out to them. I don’t care if it is a small amount, it’s still my money. Black owned but they flaked. Don’t buy and return for an credit. They’re full of it.

I ordered 5 things.. waiting on 2 more to get here

I ordered 5 things from simi sienna and also the pacakage protection on 10-17. It stated if you order in 20 minutes my order would arrive before or on 10-27. Well.. all the items came separately. I love the items…. But I still have 2 items that have not arrived. One item is still saying getting ready to process. I paid 50.00 for that hat. And 25.00 for a mask. If you don’t have it then you should have a way to let me know that. Or give me the option to get a refund. I have sent 2 emails to inquire about my order. What happens now? Will I ever get my items? I keep getting emails saying my order is complete but it isn’t. I still may order from you and change my rating if you get a better way of letting the customers contact you about an order.
Update: 11/30 mask finally came. No sign of the bucket hat. I’ve sent more emails of an ETA or a refund nothing yet as to a response. I think this will be my last time ordering from here. If they don’t know, customer service is the biggest part of a successful business. Get it together please. Please fix this. Since this pandemic, customer service is at its lowest.

No response from company

I places an order on 12 October, 2021. According to the tracking app “Route” the item is “waiting for tracking”. In other words, the item hasn’t shipped. I emailed the company twice to ask the status of the order, but I have not received a response. My next course of action is to dispute the charges with my credit card company. I gave this company a 3 stars because I have ordered from them before without any issues.

Kind of disappointed

I placed an order on 10/5. The order is still in just an "ordered" state and hasn't been fulfilled. I reached out to inquire about the status and was told shipping was delayed. Ok that was last week. I received an email this morning that shipping will be delayed another week. This was my first time ordering and it's definitely not a good first impression. I asked for a refund at this point. It would be different if the items were at least shipped. I'm just disappointed and wish this wasn't the case.
