Mistakenly added the wrong fuel to my vehicle. I called a few companies but Jamie at Simple Fuel Solutions talked me through the process honestly and with reassurance. Jamie attended at my workplace within one hour and had the car safely drained and refuelled in no time. He also ran checks to ensure the vehicle wasn’t damaged. Easy to use company and professional customer service throughout. I’d absolutely recommend Simple Fuel Solutions for a fast, professional, and expert service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good service, quick attendance and process was explained well. Cost as initially explained with no hidden extras. No problems, although I hope not to have to use you again, no offence!

Stupidly put diesel into my petrol car, realised wot I had done phoned simple fuel solutions limited, at 7am and a young man Jamie was at my door 45 mins later, had my car running again for 9am, cant recommend Jamie and this company enough, very polite, efficient, nothing was a hassle. Reasonable price too. Jamie got my car running like new again, very, very happy with this service.

Tom was very helpful and friendly. He gave great service, quick to respond and reasonably priced. I would use again (hopefully I’ll not need to!).

After panicking and the stress of putting the wrong fuel in! One phone call put my mind at ease. Everything was spoken through and given a rough time scale for the service. Excellent service. My daughter misfueled her car and the guys at Simple Fuel were able to get the car fixed very quickly (arrived with 35 mins) and had the car back on the road soon after. We have had no issues with the car since and the cost for the job was well worth it. I would highly recommend Simple Fuel Solutions if you are misfortunate to have this issue.

My partner put petrol in diesel 4x4. Got in a panic Morrisons in Dumbarton gave her a card to call this company. They were there in a hour as said he would. Put my partner at ease and not to worry go get cup of tea il call you when I’m done. .Partner was over the moon when it was done diesel back in car and on road no problem at all. Dnt know man’s name but excellent work And thanks

Came back from holiday, went out to get car washed up and get fuel go to work but unfortunately filled it up with Petrol instead of Diesel ( I know don't judge me), Phoned few people but nothing quicker than 6 hours and then phoned AA, they said 4 hours and someone (JAMIE) to me, JAMIE came in about an hour and 10 minutes and saved my car in just 20 minutes and I was back on the road.

Came out within a few hours and had my car running in under an hour. Jamie was really helpful and told me the full process of what he did.

I had no idea what damage had been done to my car with the mis-fuel but Tom was very reassuring and very clear about what he was going to be doing. Excellent service.

Straight forward service , 1st class service

It’s frustrating to incorrectly fuel your car but I cannot fault the exemplary service from Jamie & Simple Fuel Solutions. Attended quickly, talked me through the process with options on draining the tank and next steps. No judgement made of my mistake and made me feel better about how often this is done! Got the car drained and up and running quickly so I was back on the road. Considering the potential damage this could have caused it was inexpensive and painless. If you do need this kind of service I could not recommend Jamie highly enough.

Jamie came and sorted my car out after I had accidentally put some petrol in my diesel Volvo V90.
He was quick and professional and very attentive to detail, noticing that my particular model was actually an upgraded one for that year and needed different procedures to resolve the problem. I’m very pleased with the outcome.
