Simple Project were great to work with! I didn't realize the product I chose had such a long lead time (in small letters on the product page, make sure to look closely for it). When I approached them to cancel they made every effort to find what I needed and shipped immediately so I had it within a week of ordering! They texted and emailed to make sure we connected. I will buy from them again!

I ordered one medicine cabinet and…then bought another!
I ordered one medicine cabinet and liked it so much I purchased another one. They’re beautiful mirrored INSIDE and out and my friends and the guy that installed them wer jealous. The 36” x 24 was wall mounted and the 36”x30 is recessed..I can’t recommend them enough!

Good company, poor product experience
Excellent, prompt service. 5 Stars for your company, 1 star for your product. Purchased a Skiflex corner toilet from you. Directions for bolt/washer placement were unreadable. Toilet itself flushes well, but does not clean bowl. Removes waste, but leaves "skid-marks" behind... a disgusting sight. Will be looking for a different option immediately.

This toilet is equipped with a 3-inch trapway, meets UPC certification requirements, and has achieved a 1000g MAP test rating, which generally indicates strong and reliable flushing performance compared to many products on the market. That said, we understand that real-world usage conditions can vary, and we take your experience seriously.
Before considering a replacement, we recommend trying a few adjustments that often help improve flushing performance. We’ve shared our guide titled “How to Increase Toilet Flush Pressure?” with you via email & text—please take a moment to review it when convenient. Additionally, performing a brief pre-flush before use, or placing a small amount of paper in the bowl prior to use, can also be beneficial in certain situations.

The product I ordered, a corner toilet, was shipped in 2 boxes. They were shipped at Mach speed, with contents arriving in perfect condition.
