I took out a will with this company three years ago I find it impossible to contact them . Their telephone number is disconnected and they do not answer emails. I have been trying for the past six weeks. Please be aware if using this company. If anyone has an up to date contact number I would be grateful.

Very easy to create a will by answering some straightforward questions. Of course, I have no idea how good the will itself is until after I die!

Easy and takes away the expensive and complicated DIY methods that some are.

Straightforward process, great customer service and excellent value.

Excellent service. Totally recommend.

Easy and inexpensive way to make a will.

Excellent website, I did need to back track and correct some mistakes I made but plenty of opportunities to do this. Overall pleased with the outcome and the cost. 10 times cheaper than the wills we wrote in 2007. The previous will, written in trust would have excluded us from the additional Inheritance Tax relief on our principal family home.

Very simple, very helpful and friendly over the phone. I guess it’s ok for a straightforward will, not sure for anything more complicated than my assets, home owner with various other small assets like car etc.
They are registered with the association of will writers. And are very competitively priced, I hear that some wills out there may not be valid at all, so I researched a little into it at first and made sure I went for a company recommended by one of the two associations of will writers Out there. Hope I made the right choice.

Excellent response to my query, swift resolution and very good value. I fully recommend these guys!

Super service. Helpful, fast and efficient.

I'm still a little nervous about the legality of the will but I will say that their website is slick, easy to use, simple.

In my interaction with them they have always been helpful and have given the correct information first time.

very easy to read and sort out your needs, am happy with my will.

Very easy to use. A good service. Recommended.

It made the complex simple which is what I wanted.

After I received mine and my wife's wills through the post, I realized I'd got the wrong address for one of my executors. Simplewills corrected it for me and sent new wills through the post, no charge.

very straight forward and professional.
It has given me a lot of peace of mind, thank you

If your financial affairs and bequests are straightforward Simple Wills is ideal. The website is easy to navigate, anyone can do it and the cost is very favourable. Immediate digital Will produced and hard copy received a few days later.

Very easy to follow and great value for money
