A supportive team who go the extra mile

I’ve worked with Simplicity in Business for several years now, and they have been a real support to me and my business throughout that time. Running a small business can be demanding, and it makes such a difference to have a team behind you who are dependable, knowledgeable, and easy to reach when you need them.

One of their greatest strengths is their responsiveness. Whenever I get in touch, someone is always willing to help, and you feel listened to rather than passed around. That level of service gives real peace of mind.

My account manager, Helen Baker, deserves a special mention. She consistently goes the extra mile, particularly when something hasn’t quite gone to plan at my end. She approaches everything with patience and professionalism, calmly works through the detail, and always helps find a solution. That steady, supportive approach is incredibly reassuring.

I’m genuinely grateful for the service they provide and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Simplicity in Business to other business owners looking for reliable, responsive support.

A great business

A great business, more of a partner. Simplicity have been at the core of our business growth. All of the staff; from onboarding in 2023 to all processing elements of the service team are fantastic, polite, composed, knowledgable and generally seem good human beings.

Our Account Manager Jo Lee has been key to this. Not everything in business goes right and not every process is perfect. Jo works relentlessly to understand a challenge from the clients perspective and not only solve it, try and use it for improvement for eveyone. Always calm and patient.

Thank you Jo, it has been fun and a joy growing a business with you.

Helen, my Account Manager, is proactive in her approach and doesn't just wait for me to call with a question or issue. She regularly reaches out to catch up on current business.

Customer Relationship and collections team…

This review is based specifically in relation to certain individuals within Simplicity who have given an excellent service.

Lisa in collections is absolutely wonderful at her job and has our accounts running very smoothly. Always respectful to our customers and great attention to detail.

Emily Lawrence - She has done a terrific job for us and always goes the extra mile when asked.

Tyler O'Brien - Tyler is as "sharp as a tack" and normally has things done before we get a chance to ask her. Absolutely brilliant at her job.

Lots of other people too within the business who have done a great job for us to help keep our business running smoothly.

Positive experience with Simplicity

I am the Founder and Managing Director of WE Talent a recruitment business.
Having previously only worked in the corporate world I had never had experience with using an external Finance partner such as Simplicity.
We are now a year into our relationship and it has been informative, supportive and smooth.
Working with the support of Simplicity has given me the confidence and peace of mind to focus on expanding our Temporary workers offering.

We have been with Simplicity for over 10 years now and honestly cannot speak highly enough of everyone.
Every department does everything they can to help from Sam, Kelly, Marie, Georgia and the rest of the team in payroll always on hand with any issues or questions we have whilst processing all our payroll to Jess, Sam, Julie, Tania in credit control going above and beyond to help with credit issues no matter how big or small, letting us run our business with less restrictions, Julie in collections always looking for the best options when chasing late payments to Sarah and Tyler in customer support who act as our main contacts helping us with everything no matter how many times we've asked the same question
We have been with Simplicity from our very first placement and they have helped us grow from day one to become the Agency we are today.

Simplicity - Contract Manager

Consistently Outstanding

I've been with Simplicity since 2017 and their support has been consistently outstanding throughout that time.

As a solo recruiter pivoting my business into executive search and senior placements, having a reliable back office partner has been invaluable. Could I get factoring cheaper elsewhere? Probably. But the service Simplicity provides far outweighs any cost saving — their back office support is genuinely second to none and no other provider I've spoken to comes close.

Ty, and Mike in the perm sales team have both been absolutely brilliant throughout my time with them — always going above and beyond and genuinely invested in your success. And I'm delighted to say that Sarah Williams has recently become my dedicated account manager. She's super, proactive, and already makes you feel like you're her most important client.

As I've gone through a significant pivot in my business, having this team in my corner has made a real difference. But what makes Simplicity truly stand out beyond the service itself is the people. Outstanding Payroll Support and Exceptional Customer Service

We have had an excellent experience working with Simplicity as our back office finance and payroll provider for First4Teach.
