Ordered some cakes that didn't get delivered. Simply cake argued they had been delivered and wouldn't send any more.

Hi Gemma, Sorry to hear you're unhappy, I have reviewed your messages with customer services and can see the order was delivered but unfortunately the address you supplied was incorrect. In this case we're happy to offer a voucher for the cost of postage as a gesture of good will however we're unable to resend the product! Nice gift
Previously purchase a pack of 12 mixed brownies as a gift. I was lucky they did share and offer me one, it was delicious. I have just ordered another gift this time 12 of the halloween brownies, hopefully they will be as nice as last time.
Only reason not a 5 star is the postage costs. I understand this is a cost to the company but feel they have hiked this up to the Customer. Profit should be made on the products you sell not the postage.

Hi! Thank you for your review! We do not hike up the prices of the postage and packaging, there are more elements than the cost of postage itself, including boxes (which have more than doubled in price in 12 months) and mailing bags! We also use tracked services which are considerably more expensive! We have yet to pass these price increases on to the customer but we will have to soon as we can't absorb it continuously. Thanks again and glad you like the brownies!
Bought as a gift and ended up envious!
I bought from Simply Cake Co. for the first time and I couldn't be happier with the service. My order was produced and delivered so quickly, I am so impressed. I was kept informed with regards to my order (received/dispatched) which made me feel the outfit was very professional.
This time the order was for a friend (not me this time!) and when it was delivered I became very jealous very quickly as I got regular updates telling me how delicious each cake was when devoured!!
I'll definitely be ordering again....for myself this time.

Absolutely delicious and great service
Sent some letterbox brownies through the post to a new mum as a treat and she said they were absolutely delicious and a great energy boost. They kept me well informed as to when they were made and when they were delivered. Would use them again for sure.
