Staff are very friendly and helpful very good leg equipment except standing calf raise but great value easy parking air conditioning works relaxing atmosphere

I have been trying to find a good gym after trying one out while on holiday. This was my second gym to try, and I wasn't too sure on how it all worked.

After arriving I asked about a day pass and was shown to the office where they sorted me out. They gave me a quick overview of all the equipment and I got on with a simple workout.

I was very pleased with the staff who were friendly and ready to help. I think this might be the gym for me.

Well equipped gym. Friendly staff. Always clean with plenty of blue roll and spray available to clean the equipment after use . Immaculate changing areas with plenty of lockers. I haven't used the showers as I live locally and prefer to shower at home. Really glad I joined this gym as I'm noticing a difference in my fitness levels after just 3 weeks .

As a return customer it has all been so easy. Just a quick check in and a fingerprint ID and I was good to go. Staff are friendly and willing to help and I don’t feel intimated when I go in. Thank you.

Very impressed so far equipment good, atmosphere is good. Recommended.

the best gym in cheltenham

I paid for a membership over two weeks ago. I have visited a few times now (on different days at different times) with no one manning the gym during supposed staffed hours. Meaning I have no finger print to access the gym I’m paying for. A temporary pin would resolve this issue but no such luck

Quick and easy to join and set up direct debit etc but not overly impressed when I went to finalise my account etc.

Lots of great equipment.
All facilities are really clean.

I stopped going a while back and decided to start going again. I am so happy I didn't buy the membership!

This gym has been opened and forgotten. The only new thing there is the spin bikes I think.

Equipment is old and rusty but works so that's okay but the sauna facilities... Gross.

The sauna and showers are revolting. It is like walking into tube stations toilets, you are welcomed by a strong smell of pee from the mens and you need shoes to walk in the floor or risking how know what.

It needs an update and a deep clean. Please close it and clean the place.

I went to changing room and had this constant whiff of mould and dirty arse smell, it was my towel!!! Went home had a good scrub in my shower as I was scared I will catch some yeast infection and washed my towel at hot wash.

The steam sauna has eucalyptus scent but still smells of mould and has dirt on the walls and tiles missing, it smells like a washing you forgot to take out from the machine for cpl days.

It is disgusting! Rather pay more somewhere else which is a shame as I love the layout of it

Joined Simply gym Walsall 18 months ago. Fantastic instructors for the 6am classes. Absolutely love HIIT step with Sam and Bootcamp with Alan.
Have recently become a dual member at Bilston and again morning classes (especially Chris’ spin and Emma’s hyrox) are the best! Great gym with impressive equipment and a fabulous vibe! Chris and Alan are excellent managers, they consistently maintain a high standard at both sites. They are approachable, professional, and genuinely care about members’ experiences. Wouldn’t choose any other gym!

Hi I go to Simply Gym Bilston, I must say it’s really good, the gym itself is spacious, clean and all the equipment is quality.
I’ve attended most of the classes and they are brilliant. The staff are really friendly and always willing to help.
It’s definitely worth attending

There are a large variety of machines, the staff is ok, good large lockers with shower etc..very clean gym. If a machine is getting broken, they will fix it very soon after. Ok 👍

I was a bit skeptical because I preferred a gym with a larger space but later I thought more about my convenience, workout standards and my time then I decided to give Simply Gym a trial. Simply Gym exceeded my expectations because the music rhythm was perfect, the distance to my house is a stone throw, the work equipments meets my standard for a regular day and they have a space for women which keeps the open space less crowded. I’m transferring from a gym that had a sauna, swimming pool and a steam and this services is what Simply Gym doesn’t have but if you are looking for a Simply Gym then it’s “Simply Gym” they have 24/7 access, parking space etc. I hit my gym goal and I got my health back on track!
