Our advisor (AS) was excellent.
He kept us informed all the way through our application and strived for responses from our lender who was very difficult to deal with. He had gotten us the best deal he possibly could and we are very happy and grateful for his efforts. As a personal touch we even received a new home card from him which was just the icing on the cake.

Our advisor was always available and quick to respond despite the pressure on at the time due to the home purchase duty holiday deadline looming. The deadline definitely interfered with our mortgage offer arriving on tie, but the delay was manageable.
