AVOID AVOID AVOID. I would strongly advise anyone not to use this company. What a complete waist of my time. As a first time buyer I didn’t really know what what to expect from a mortgage broker but the level of service from Joel is shocking. Very unprofessional and too laid back. Doesn’t respond to emails, text messages and calls either which is frustrating especially when he is charging £400 for a service which he doesn’t provide. Save your time and money and find another broker.

Buying a property during the pandemic has been stressful but our broker Joel was great and kept us well informed, helping us to secure our dream house! Very professional and excellent communication throughout!

Absolutely brilliant service through our house purchase by Joel. I can't recommend enough about Joel, he became like family where he understood and listen to all my queries and clarified even the smallest doubt. Very prompt, efficient, effective and very quick in getting our mortgage done. Our first step to go with Simply mortgage was right step towards the journey of moving into our new home. Everything was done remotely I never met Joel in person, no trips to his office.In short it was a hasslefree and smooth process.
