I am absolutely thrilled with both the product and the exceptional after-sales service provided by this company! The product itself is fantastic . What truly sets them apart, however, is their commitment to customers even after a purchase.
It's honestly baffling to see some of the negative reviews, particularly the one-star ratings that seem completely unreasonable. For example, criticizing a company for not providing free repairs outside of the clearly stated warranty period is quite illogical. If someone purchases a product with a one-year warranty, expecting free service after that year has passed simply doesn't make sense.
Similarly, docking a company down to one star due to an issue with an app, especially when an alternative app option is available, seems like a drastic overreaction. These kinds of reviews don't reflect the quality of the product or the company's genuine customer support.
My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend this business based on the excellent product and truly outstanding after-sales support. Don't let the unreasonable one-star reviews deter you!

Stay clear of this company. Bought a 4g camera that just lasted two months past the 12 month warranty.
They refused to fix it as it was "out of warranty". They said they can fix it "for a fee". So I sent it to them, they fixed it and charged me a repair fee. Two months later the camera failed again. I contacted them and they said "sorry our repair warranty is only 30 days". They then suggested I buy a new one. These cameras for the price (and they are expensive) are not fit for purpose. They should be lasting longer then 14 months. In the process with the ACCC and New South Wales Fair Trading in regards to these cameras, at this price point, are not fit for for purpose and should reasonably be expected to last more then 12 months. Steer clear of this company as once your warranty is out (12 months) your're left with an expensive boat anchor. Instead do what I did (if you require a 4g camera), go online and get yourself a cheap 4g router and then just use a normal wifi camera at a quarter of the price with heaps better after sales support and a much much longer warranty.

Yes you offered a 30 year warranty for an exorbitant price, around $4000 from memory. No thanks.

I recently purchased a 4G solar security camera from SimplyOnline.com.au, and I'm beyond impressed! The product is top-notch, with exceptional video quality and reliable solar power functionality. What truly sets them apart is their stellar customer support. They were responsive, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
If you are reading reviews before buying, this is your lucky day. Do NOT" buy this product. It is probably the biggest piece of rubbish if ever baught online. It has so many issues and problems. You can walk right past it and the movement detection will not pick you up, sometimes it does but mostly not... Everytime you go away from home thinking your home is protected, you find the thing shut itself off and its impossible to get it back online without being there in person. Then again it simply goes of line twice per month and you struggle to get it back onine, there is also no warning that it shut itself off, you just discover it days after
... You can ask for help until your blue in the face from online support, no'one will get back to you. I found the device doing separate secret recordings to a unknown online location. If you want your own footage you must pay an additional monthly premium for your own information which was recorded at your own house. Thus ontop of paying a monthly fee for your mobile phone sim card in the device. If you want to access footage recorded on the sd card, you simply can't access this information without going nuts and being stuffed around all day... This IS NOT A RELIABLE SECURITY DEVICE... Im now going to rip this piece of S.. out and smash it to small particles then install a new CCTV system which is hard-wired and recording all day every. This is the only reliable way to go... Good luck if you didn't listen to my review. Not to mention how dodgy thier reviews are, ill be surprised if this one gets through

Dodgy business, they're scammers. And this platform protects them by needing proof of their unethical business before they allow people to review them... That isn't trusting at all.
I've gone to the ACCC and Fair Trading on this business Simply Online Australia, as not only are the cameras failing and not fit for purpose as they claim, when you need direct support they do not respond to their emails, they block your number from calling through after you've left two messages, but if you make your number private you can get through, they never answer the phone you always have to leave a message... What kind of business other than scammers don't support you with their equipment after you've paid to them and they make statements like "if you ever ne d help, just call us" just to get yourself blocked and ignored.

Very unreliable and unprofessional company!
My dad ordered a lock on 30/7/24 and they never sent it out or gave a tracking number. So I tried to call them a few times on the 22/8/24 which is nearly a month later! No one answered and then I sent an email and they said they will process it on 26/8/24 because they had no stock and now it’s in stock. Why did they not send it straight away when the stock came back? And why did they not send my dad an email saying it’s delayed? When it was 26/8/24 they haven’t even sent the tracking number so I had to email again asking for it. They finally sent it via express shipping and we got the lock. Even though it worked out in the end we are still unhappy with how long it took and how unprofessional and unorganized this company is. Never buying from Simply ever again.

Absolutely fantastic service.
When I thought something was wrong with product they went above and beyond to trouble shoot it with me.
For hours. turns out nothing wrong with the camera it was my sim card.

They tolerated a grumpy customer for hours and never once did they lose their fantastic customer service.
I have property and I will certainly return to buy more.

Had a problem with one of my cameras after a years use. I drove to their place of business and excellent service was provided, an exchange camera was offered which I accepted. Can recommend the company

I really like their 4g cameras. I wanted my 2 cameras to be on different side of my property and my wifi signal couldn't reach one of them. the 4g version of the same camera really solved my issue. didn't want to buy another wifi repeater! good service, recommend

Customer service is non existent. I paid to have cloud in the app which isn’t working. And days later no reply when advised replies are in 24hrs. Had a response to my first message blaming my SIM card (which it isn’t it’s not related to my SIM card as signal isn’t the issue) and since then I’ve waited 3 days.
I’ll be contacting my bank for a refund and advice anyone who doesn’t want to be out of pocket not to buy cloud in the app and by extension not to buy these cameras as any issues customer service are really unhelpful
Update : clearly this is the correct company as get given the same answer there. The camera is working the cloud isn’t recording and storing, there is not a sim issue. The sim is not an issue and has really good signal. I have contacted and 4 days later (they advise 24hrs) you get no response.
I had no information that other apps could be used only mentioned the use of UBOX. Please advise how I change

I bought 2 4g cameras one is 30 zoom work great but now 2 years down the track both won’t connect iv tried everything to no avail I need to buy 2 new ones but I don’t know where to go I’m a bit wary now but need badly for my farm
