I ordered a WiiM amp (music streamer) online from this company on 28th November as they were offering a good Black Friday deal. The web site said dispatch would be in two working days. The goods have failed to arrive and I have had all sorts of excuses - like being busy over Black Friday to "tracking numbers are now available" (which they aren't). The web site now says it is being relaunched today but there is no sign of that happening either. Someone answers the phone but says they are busy and will ring you back but that does not happen. I am beginning to believe this company, which only began in July this year, is a sham. I am in touch with my credit card company to have the money refunded and will be referring the case to Trading Standards. Based on my experience I cannot advise anyone to give this company any money.

Ordered an item from this store which arrived faulty. Despite being told it would be exchanged the stock arrived with the merchant and was deemed not to be ok too, and this was never sent out. Then a refund has supposedly been processed via Shopify, yet Shopify have no record of this. This company appear to be “helpful” yet nothing of substance has happened and I suspect they are buying cheap off the lorry goods and flogging them at higher prices. They often ignore emails and don’t reply on WhatsApp. I’ve called them and you go through to an external provided receptionist who admitted they don’t work for the company. I won’t be buying from them again and I wouldn’t trust them at all.
