Repaired a hole in my carpet chewed by my dog and cleaned my carpets too. Everyone has commented how impressed they are with this work. Will definitely use them again.

Really disappointing, terrible (almost non existent) communication. Spoke to Lyz to arrange an appointment for carpet repair. We were offered an appointment for the following Monday. Simply Spotless Solutions didn’t show up and my subsequent messages to the company remain unanswered. I can’t comment on the quality of their work, I’m sure it’s great but after being let down and then the subsequent lack of communication, I wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent job done by Mike to re-tuft two areas of stains - it is very difficult to spot where the stains were.

Simply Spotless Solutions were extremely professional and had a wealth of knowledge when it came to cleaning our wool carpet. After trying to remove puppy urine stains with shop bought chemicals, it was clear we had made the problem worse. Simply Spotless flushed the damaged areas and were able to remove the stains. Unfortunately the previous damage couldn’t be reversed which Lyz was honest about from the beginning. I would definitely recommend this company.

Liz was really friendly and certainly knew and enjoyed her job. I was fitted in at short notice. I had my bedroom, landing, stairs, lounge and hallway cleaned. I was amazed that my carpets looked as good as new and at such a great price. I would highly recommend simply spotless solutions

Liz is lovely and managed to fit me in at short notice to clean my lounge, stairs and landing carpets as well as doing a repair to the landing carpet. The repair is seamless, cannot even tell where the damage was. Would highly recommend this company 🙂
