Overall great experience in ordering and getting the product. Minor improvement with ordering by making it very clear that if not a lens replacement but a new full solution, you need to order two units and that they are from the same lens catalog as can be used on either side. This is mentioned but had to be searched for. Other minor item is better instructions on the headband strap. Comes with loads of different ways to configure and actual one was the one it came as which was on a separate area. Delivery, not really supplier issue, would have been quick but Postie took 3 extra days to get to my house due to road works and last attempt they walked from vehicle. Good value and also easy to assemble.

Speedy delivery and very helpful when Inthought I might have to return the product. Which I did not in the end.

Good products. Terrible refund policy. When I returned one item, I paid the postage for this which I was happy to do. However, the cost of the original 'free' delivery was then deducted from the amount refunded. For a £12 item, I only received £4 back! Make sure you check the FAQ before ordering.

Do not use this company. I bought three items, two of which I had to return. The size and quality of the swimsuit were not as advertised and the swim hat arrived torn. I got a refund for the swimming costume but because the cap was damaged they refused a refund and instead either offered to send it back to me at an extra cost or to discard it. I wrote back to repeat what I had put in the refund request that it was damaged when I received it and that was why I was returning it so was due the full amount I had paid. They ignored my email and 12 days later I have neither heard anything from them or received the refund they owe.

According to their size guild I was a Large. I measured my self and it matched Large but it was tooo small and cost £4 to send back. A waste of my time and money.
