Incredible rendition and details on the artwork

I’m very very sad. The face was just so ugly and doesn’t look like me.

The whole experience was great! The artists are so talented and captured me and my significant other perfectly. I didn’t need any revisions because they got it perfect BUT the option for unlimited revisions to existing characters is an awesome feature of using this site. The communication was FAST. And the delivery was fast too. All around, 10/10!!! I will DEFINITELY be back again and again.

So far we have received one revision that moved the work grade from F to a D-. We were hoping for something excellent but would settle for average. Please start from scratch with a more gifted artist.
