I have been dealing with this company for over 10 years. My dogs (2 border collies 1 bearded collie) all do extremely well on their food.
The staff who take your order are extremely polite and helpful and food has always been delivered the next day

We have always ordered Simpsons sensitive dry dog food since our dog was a puppy and she is 7 now and we have always had prompt service. The food is with you in a couple of days

Good website, easy to navigate. Suppliers of quality dog food. Tracking of delivery could be better as no advisement on delivery date but still received in timely manner.

I have 2 German Shepherds and they both have sensitive tummies, they also are extremely fussy about the type of food they eat. Simpsons is perfect for them both. It is nutritious, full of all the ingredients that they need to be healthy. It is also value for money. The delivery process is second to none and would have no hesitation in recommending Simpson food, both wet and dry.

Absolutely appalling and rude customer service. I ‘spoke’ over web chat to this company today. Surprisingly they don’t have a phone number to actually speak to anyone - that says a lot when they are hiding behind a keyboard!!! Having ordered from them for the past 10months and received deliveries no problem suddenly this month Parcelforce won’t leave my parcel in the porch as they have done every other time. Consequently I have ‘missed’ delivery 3 times! The third time the driver was at the end of my road where I spoke to him and he said he couldn’t give me the parcel As he was on a timer so I’d have to arrange a re delivery again!! I contacted Simpson’s expecting a pleasant conversation with ideas of how they could help ensure I could get my delivery only to be met with ‘upgrade to a Saturday delivery’ that would be costing me an extra £12!!! Told me to give an address where someone would be in all day - I don’t have one! This is my work address as I am self employed! They continued with these very unhelpful comments obviously no care for their customers whatsoever! The only thing they said was that I would have to pay if the parcel is sent back to them!! When I said I wasn’t finding the conversation helpful at all and I would be buying elsewhere in future their response was ‘no problem!!’ And ended the conversation!!!!
What type of customer service is this!???
Happy to see customers go elsewhere?? All seems extremely strange and unprofessional! I can see from other reviews that customers have found their staff correspondence to be very rude and unhelpful! I can’t wait to see what their response to this is!! I would NOT recommend this company at all!

Good food, quick service, what's better than that? Our lad, a Street Dog from Bulgaria, who was rescued by an excellent Shelter, Streethearts BG, run by two English folk, with other excellent helpers and volunteers, who adore the dogs they rescue, is thriving on Simpson's food... and treats!

Ollie has had Simpsons both wet and dried food for about 5 years and loves it. There is a great variety in the tins of wet food and they are full of meat and vegetables. The staff there are always willing to help. Can highly recommend.
