Absolutely fantastic customer service on multiple occasions, and products are consistently dispatched quickly and well packaged. I'll be coming back to buy more without a doubt!
I left a note at checkout on my first order, which Ivan from Simracer UK emailed me within minutes to provide the answer, which was very impressive.
Later down the line, after a manufacturer mix-up where the wrong cable was supplied in the box, Ivan was also on hand to speak to the manufacturer directly and have a replacement cable sent out free of charge. Notably this was at a time where the many people affected by the issue weren't getting clear answers to the problem online.

I found Simracer UK had a premises just down the road from me! After a short conversation through their Facebook, I visited them and collected my order. It was a Simagic Evo Pro, P1000 hydraulic brake set, haptic motor for the brake and GT Neo wheel! All competitively priced. Really friendly and I felt like there was a nice open and honest attitude around the products they stock. Top service. My bank account, however, is saddened by this :)

Fast and responsive

After about 6 months research for wheels for the Xbox I bought the Moza R3 to go with my GT Lite chair that I hadn't even put together yet.

Even though the R3 is only 3.9nm I can honestly say that I've never had so much fun in ages! The precision, the quality, the ease of setting up was amazing.
One point to mention, buy the upgrade brake spring, makes a MASSIVE difference to the experience. Definitely my best purchase over the last 10 years, if you are umming about buying the R3 I would say DEFINITELY buy it, it's soooo good.

Never heard of them before, but wow, just wow! I decided to give them a try, and I’m honestly blown away. My order was shipped the very same day and arrived the next morning, perfectly packaged. The customer service was amazing, friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. It’s rare to find a company that delivers on every level, but they absolutely did. I honestly can’t express how impressed I am. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!

I’d never head of this company before and was sceptical as there prices were lower than any other out there but was definitely proven wrong. I got the simagic P1000; Packaging was great, product is great and have got rewards points for my next purchase, will definitely be using them again to complete my setup!
