From Seascale to Wasdale head.
The taxi was on time.
Driven by Andrew the owner.
He was very helpful, very friendly.
Enjoyed talking to him
My return was on the 17th April.
Another Andrew picked me up.
Again on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable.
I learned a lot from him.
Cannot recommend Sims travel enough.
Will definitely use them again.

I purchased a sim card from Amazon, the sim card arrived today (19/04/2026), gone through the process on the "sims4travel" website to activate the sim, something that shouldn't be needed as every other provider I have had sims from, just work with no need for emails, id scans, sim card numbers, order numbers, ancient archaeological history of the human race in order to work, but this company wants your information to "Activate" the sim and should you want unrestricted internet, you need to send a random person/company a scan of your id!

The email you receive and the website both say "Activation will take up to 2 hours, more commonly 15 to 30 minutes", the sim card has still not activated after 2.5 hours.

I should not have listened to the reviews saying "Worked straight away".

I am going to give it till tomorrow morning (Monday 20/04/2026) to start working or I will start a refund request with Amazon.

I will update the review should it start working.

I have ordered SIMs for European travel on two separate occasions through Amazon, and they are sent out by SIM4Travel. Unfortunately, neither have arrived, so if you need a SIM for travel, don't rely on them to deliver on time; this has ruined our holiday !!!

Sim would not work in Europe. Contacted them many times without solution. Very disappointed. Would never buy again No telephone support number only leave message which I did this morning and no response tonight

I bought an eSIM for the USA, on the T-Mobile network. It never activated. The customer service changed it to another eSIM working across the main 3 operators and after multiple attempts and device restarts, I was sometimes connected to AT&T, but it disconnected very often and I had to restart all the shenanigans. I was in the center of the Silicon Valley, so don't tell me it was coverage issues... while you do those manipulations you inevitably reactivate your main SIM even for a few dozen of seconds generating a few Mb of data usage while roaming which end up costing more than paying for the extra travel option of your operator.
Such a waste of time. They got two stars instead of one because support was reactive in upgrading to 3 operators, but it was still not working properly.

What a great company. Bought a sim to cover a fibre problem where I was cut off for 15 days. Worked like a dream and was kept informed with all the options available in the future. Great customer service.

25 gb Data sim for South Africa arrived on time. Armed with amazon order number and sim serial number it was easily validated in the UK. Now in sim slot 2 in mobile awaiting trip

Very poor, doesn’t work. Company responded but did not resolve the issue satisfactorily.

Very happy that I purchased a sim from Sims4travel .
It was a life saver. Not having to worry about no one contacting you when you get to your holiday destination.

Bought a SIM from this company which arrived yesterday (Saturday) but I couldn't get it to work. I sent the company a message late on Saturday afternoon and within an hour somebody called me back to help me with the setup. This was great customer service and unexpected that it was so prompt on a weekend. Got me up and running in no time! Definitely recommend this company.
