Absolutely unacceptable experience with SimSMS.

I deposited 20.03 USDT (TRC-20) to the address provided by their website. The transaction was successfully completed on the blockchain, but the money was NOT credited to my account.

When I tried to contact support, I was shocked to discover that they require another deposit just to open the live chat.

So you take a customer's money, fail to credit it, and then demand additional money before allowing the customer to ask about the missing payment? This is completely unacceptable.

If this is a legitimate business, you should be able to verify the transaction and either credit my balance or return the funds. Instead, your system blocks access to support and requires customers to pay again. This is extremely suspicious and completely untrustworthy.

I strongly advise other users to be extremely careful with SimSMS until they explain this situation and fix their deposit and support system. A company handling customer funds should never make it impossible for a customer to get help regarding a missing payment.

Maybe 85 percent of my codes arrived without issue. The rest refunded. Would prefer higher success but the auto refund makes it manageable.

The Binance transaction was completed successfully, but the countdown timer on the SimSms website expired before the network finished processing it.Now, the automated system has blocked me from opening a support ticket inside the user panel, demanding that I make another deposit just to talk to a human.
