Managed to obtain replacement bag for my vitara instruction manual when my local Suzuki dealer couldn’t source it. Thanks

Collected my Motability car last Thursday thought everything was great until i got home realised there was a deep scratch on my windscreen and marks on my roof. Went back to get it sorted and when i came to collect it the car was parked right next to the showroom in the shade but i gave them the benefit of the doubt and from what i could see it looked ok, i then took the car back home and in the sunlight i noticed a new mark on my roof along with what looks liek a chip on my paint, this has clearly been done in the dealership possibly by the person who washes them but i have since complained only to be told there's nothing that can be done because i said it looked ok!

They're all nice and friendly when trying to sell you a vehicle but as soon as you start noticing issues they will not be interested.

Yes you replaced my windscreen and no it was not goodwill as you were legally obliged to rectify it anyway. It just goes to show you can do a ton of research and think you're going to a trusted garage but unfortunately this was not to be, I will be taking this matter further.

EDIT: Just received a sarcastic phone call from Ben the so called manager telling me he's not happy with my review.. he then invites me to watch cctv to prove there was no damage when i collected it, how dare you! If i couldn't see it in the shade how are they going to prove anything from a camera thats not close enough to see the issue?Another thing, you do not speak over customers with that tone of voice and attitude, you're supposed to be a professional.

You have to be close up to notice the damage they have caused.

I haven't washed the car at all and he started accusing me of causing the damage! I have the car 7 days and done only 60 miles and in that time we have had no rain.

No apology or anything about the windscreen that needed to be replaced and I will be reporting this. Even if you report anything you may not have noticed at the dealer they will do their utmost to try and blame the customer.

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY POSITIVE RATINGS, AVOID THIS PLACE ABSOLUTELY NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHATSOEVER.

My local Suzuki garage has closed and nearest is now 13 miles away. I needed a rear wiper blade which it seems you can only get from a Suzuki main dealer - Halfords don’t have them. Purchased on line from Sims - arrived and now fitted. So easy.

Ordered the wrong part and was quickly solved and refunded by customer service team. Will happily be using again.

Looking for a part for my Suzuki Swift I stumbled upon Sims Suzuki online. Less than one hour's drive away I was going to visit to make sure I would get the correct part. However I phoned first and found the part I wanted wasn't a 'stock item' and would have to come from Germany. Having spoken to the guy in 'Parts' I went online and ordered the cable I needed (as well as a couple of minor parts) This all took place on a Wednesday morning, the parts arrived through my door on Saturday morning. Excellent service and they're now my number one choice for anything I may need in future.

I’ve purchased a few things from them but won’t do again after trying to get a defective item replaced. I ordered a Wurth brake cleaner spray bottle along with some other items. When I first tried to use the spray it was defective. I reported this and was told to check the seals which I did and couldn’t see a problem. Since then they have repeatedly ignored my emails and if you phone them you are told that if the problem is with something from their web site you have to contact them by email which they then ignore.
