Excellent customer service, I have now a great VR headset (Dream Air), I had two replacements of this unit (no fault of Simtorque, just manufacturer QC issues), first one I returned from another vendor and then I had to replace the second one from Simtorque and the whole experience has been fantastic and very quick. Luckily my third one is great. Corey has been very helpful, customer service is brilliant and tailor made, you wont find that elsewhere. Easy to communicate and making sure everything is good throughout the process. Highly recommend these guys.

As for the Dream Air (despite Pimax having QC issues, their support team have been very helpful and fast to respond) it is an amazing piece of kit, best visuals in VR market to date, uncompressed displayport experience, excellent for sim enthusiasts and super light weight, coming from heavy VR headsets, I use it for even watching videos and general stuff. One downside, it may require some modding like a better headstrap and facial interface for overrall comfort. I got the Studioform face gasket and its great. Just do your own research once you get it.

What a superb company to deal with. Bought a Pimax Dream Air. Best price available anywhere. Corey answered any questions I had and even went out of his way to ask if I needed any help setting up after it was delivered. This is a different level of customer service unheard of today. If you need anything SimTorque sell buy from them and support this small business.

SimTorque were fantastic, from the moment I got in touch with them they were helpful and insightful, guiding me through the process of choosing the correct simulator. Making sure it had all the features I needed, and that it was tailored to my specific use case.

I bought a DOF Reality H3R motion platform from Corey @ SimTorque. His service was fantastic and answered all my questions quickly and in great depth. My setup wasn't necessarily a straight forward one as I wanted to replicate much of my original flight sim setup, complete with touchscreens and other peripherals. Never did I feel under pressure to spend more or place an order and he was honest in recommending me kit from other suppliers where applicable rather than charging more for the same thing. He worked to deserve my order which can't be said very often now adays. Order process was painless, I was kept up to date at all stages of the order journey and my platform arrived fairly quickly as they are made to order. I was a bit nervous using SimTorque as they are a fairly new company, but I need'nt have been, the service I received has been excellent! Recommended!

I got in contact with simtorque about a bespoke motion platform to use with VR for my gaming events business. Corey was great to work with, helped me every step of the way and was always available answering any questions or queries I had during the process.
Made everything super clear and gave me a detailed quote explaining the whole process from design and build to delivery, including how long each step would take. I couldn't recommend enough, sometimes it's a punt working with such a new business but I'm so glad I went with them, the customer service and detail was second to none.
