Returns
The item I ordered was not as nice as I expected, so I returned it for a refund. The response and assistance was very fast and the customer service team very helpful. I would most certainly be visiting this site again.

Good quality lingerie.
My partner has not had chance to try the items on yet, but the quality looks really good, and sizing appears correct. Excellent service.

Thank you so much for the kind words! We aim to provide the kind of service we'd expect ourselves.
Prices are ok, but!
Prices are ok, and selection of toys on site is good, although i do suspect that one of the item i ordered was not new as appeared the box had been open before. I had gone to the expense of paying for next day delivery, this however did not arrive the following day and my order was only progressed as i had emailed in asking where it was, i then had several emails from sinful and DPD, although i have mentioned about the delivery was not what i paid for no offer of any refund. I will not be using this site again, ample other sites i have used and they manage next day delivery!

Resposta da Sinful Thrills
Mandy we're sincerely sorry to hear that your experience shopping with Sinful Thrills wasn't 100% satisfactory. We do our best to fulfill orders same day but we do state that this is not guaranteed and you acknowledge this when accepting our terms and conditions during checkout.
We absolutely DO NOT dispatch anything that isn't brand new. We would have welcomed an email from yourself telling us this when your received your order and we would have rectified this to your satisfaction if there were any doubt. Please contact us at customercare@sinfulthrills.co.uk so we can investigate what happened here. If necessary we would be happy to reimburse your payment if this turned out to be a valid claim.
looks great quick delivery
