I needed a reliable and serviceable creator/gamer workstation fast. I was actually on my way to Atlanta to pick up a pre-built when Devin returned my call. I shopped the parts myself, and Jimmy had my beautifully built PC ready the next day. The cable management was superb.

I’m a gamer, Twitch streamer, artist and writer, so this machine isn’t just for recreation—it’s where I do a lot of my work. I specifically wanted a custom PC that could be upgraded and serviced rather than another proprietary system. Jimmy clearly knows his stuff. He built the system, stress-tested it overnight, kept me informed about how it was performing, and delivered exactly what I was looking for.

My one concern was transparency and communication on the business side. Initially, I had some difficulty understanding the company structure—who I was dealing with, everyone’s role, and how the local builder fit into the company. That made me wary, particularly when it came time to pay and I didn’t initially have an invoice or clear documentation of the build and Windows charges. Devin ultimately provided links that allowed me to pay through the company website and have a record of the transactions, which resolved my concern. I think clearer information about the company structure, pricing and billing process from the beginning would inspire more confidence and make the customer experience much smoother.

That said, the actual build experience was exceptional. I went from needing a computer immediately to having a gorgeous, powerful RTX 5080 custom system sitting on my desk in essentially a weekend. It’s fast, serviceable, upgradeable and exactly what I wanted.

I would absolutely use Sirius Power PC again. I hope they take the communication issue as constructive criticism, because the quality of their work deserves an equally polished customer experience.

So, I am writing this post to hopefully sway people from using this company. It seems my experience isn’t unique after reading some of the other reviews.

I ordered a custom built pc, and an 800$ monitor on 6/23/26. Was told it would take about a week. That was not the case, and I had to spam and hound Devon without any replies. It got to the point that after a week past the deadline, and with 0 communication, I cancelled the charge on my credit card and was planning on moving forward buying a pc with someone else.

The day after I charged back, miraculously, Devon found the strength from his “hospital visit”, which seems to be a common thing from other users post, and called me back. He didn’t call me to let me know my pc was ready, he called to hound me about the chargeback. He claimed that my chargeback had caused his company to lose the vendor they do payments through. As if any 1 chargeback would cause that.

So against my better judgement, I called my bank, cancelled the charge back and spent quite a few hours making sure this company got their money for the pc I had yet to receive. On July 10th I finally received my pc. No monitor though, as apparently when the money was charged back, they had only ordered my pc parts, but not my monitor.(?)

It is now September 6th, I have my custom pc (which to be fair works great), but no monitor. Devon has ignored multiple messages and calls from late July to now. I’m still missing an 800$ monitor that has been paid for. I am currently being ignored, and I’m about ready to call a lawyer to prove a point. The work they do, when they actually get around to doing it, isn’t bad. But the customer service side of this business is among some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I will actively post on every single review platform out there to sway people from buying here. It’s an absolute shame that they would take advantage of people like this.

If you want a chance at getting what you pay for, Sirius power pc is the spot for you. If you value your money, time, and energy, please look somewhere else. It’s been 2.5 months and I still haven’t received in full what I paid for, and it’s been 5 weeks of 0 communication.

Devon, specifically this goes out to you. If you don’t want people to chargeback, leave bad reviews, and sway people from using your company, please learn how to communicate. Please learn how to give accurate timelines. Please for the love of god, stop scamming people with your bs. 0 chance someone dies every time your deadline isn’t accurate.

Devan is great to work with May 2025 I messaged him and was looking to get my first PC. Asked me what I was looking for and what I was planning to do. Finally in October 2025 I ordered what I wanted and a great starter PC. Just about a year coming up my PC they built has no issues, runs perfect and does fantastic!

Update8-26-26: I have also dropped the 2 star to a one star

Alright so haven't updated in the last few days, but here's where we are at now. He got back to me on Monday a full day after I tried getting ahold of him. He then told me that he was going to call me, and he did he called me 4 hours after saying he was going to call me (around 9pm is when he called), he said he builder confirmed it was picked up and I should still get it by Friday.

It just so happens the new guy I was training at work got his pc from them and said that was 6 months ago and he got it in 2 weeks, the difference is he ordered the parts and case from them, and he put the pc together himself, so that tells me his builders are not Full time employees and do this as a side job like I told DJ I thought was the case a few days back and he said that's not true they are full time employees. Well if they are then figure out why they ain't doing their jobs. but anyways I digress.

I told him about my co-worker I was training and how he got his pc in 2 weeks and DJ said that's how it should be, but my co-worker said he didn't deal with DJ so whomever was filling in or taking calls for Sirius 6 months ago was on the ball whereas DJ is not.

I was like okay DJ then said he will double check when he got home as to make sure he gave me the right tracking number, and that he would be home in 2 hours. I waited until 2am (almost 6 hours after he said he would call me back in 2 hours) and he never called me so I sent him a text saying Hey you never called me and its been way longer than just two hours.

The next day rolls around and it's now 1:30pm on August 25th and I texted him again saying hey where's the info you said you were going to look up for me. (almost 24 hours after he said he would call me back in 2 hours), He responded that he was almost home and it shows on his end as picked up and that he would call Korey.

I informed him I called UPS and they have no record of any of the tracking numbers he sent me that all it says is "Shipping Label Created Waiting on Package", he then sends me a screen shot showing on his end it shows pickup but failed to provide me a tracking number since the last two he gave me were inaccurate. He then told me his builder had a family member passed away Monday evening so he cant get a hold of his builder because of that. (this was all in texts)

DJ then called me and told me the most recent tracking number should be accurate. Which I'm sitting here like, you're lying as here we are 4 days after it was supposably "picked up" and the tracking number hasn't been scanned once? Sounds like Bull shit to me and UPS even said all packages comes with a RFID chip now so it should of been scanned at least once since Saturday. DJ then tried saying well I'll get with UPS find out what's going on and if they didn't pick it up (which insinuates his builder was lying about it being picked up) then he would have Korey take it to UPS store (one of the 6 in Fayetteville, NC) and upgrade it to overnight or 2 day shipping and that either way I will have the PC on Friday. (I have no faith at all on that). So after our phone conversation at 2pm and him saying he'll do all that I never heard back from him, so I texted him at 8:30 pm to see if there was an update as it's now the end of the business day and he never responded back or called, so at 3am I sent him a screen shot showing what UPS is telling me is that the Label was created but UPS never picked it up, and UPS themselves has told me they have no record of the package (something DJ should of done back on Monday or even on Saturday) to confirm the package was picked up and not depend on his builder who DJ has openly admitted don't ever keep him in the loop with things regarding orders, and he still hasn't reached back out to me.

I then found another review that said they have been waiting since Mid April for their PC and are now frustrated with them.

This company keeps seeming more and more like a scam as more and more people, are not only reaching out to me (as I've seem to become the unofficial voice for the same customers dealing with the same stuff as I am) and also more and more customers are coming out with their issues with the company this company is close to getting hit with a class action lawsuit and it seems like they don't care.

Absolutely the greatest service ever. Dj helped me get my pc working again! He stayed on the phone for a long time just to help me!!

I had an outstanding experience with Sirius Power PC, and I cannot say enough good things about Devan. From start to finish, he put an unbelievable amount of time, effort, and attention into helping build my gaming PC.

Before choosing Sirius Power PC, I spent a lot of time shopping and comparing multiple vendors because I had very specific components and specifications I wanted. Many companies simply could not match the build I was looking for. Some could get close, but only at roughly 30% more money, and even then I would have had to compromise on parts or specifications that mattered to me.

A lot of the so-called “boutique” PC builders offered very limited configuration choices. In some cases there were only two options for a component, and sometimes there was no real option at all. It was basically, “take what we offer.” That was not what I wanted for a high-end gaming PC.

My research was not limited to just comparing parts and prices. I also spent time researching Sirius Power PC as a company. I have purchased PC builds from well-known companies before, including Xidax, CyberPowerPC, and Falcon Northwest, so going with a smaller company like Sirius Power PC was not a decision I took lightly. In some ways, it felt like taking a risk compared to using one of the larger, more established names.

That is where Devan made the difference. Sirius Power PC had a unique process from the start. Devan took the time to discuss the build, answer questions, explain options, and make sure the system was put together the right way. This was not a basic order where someone just clicked through a parts list. He clearly invested a tremendous amount of effort into making sure I got the gaming PC I actually wanted, without forcing me into unwanted compromises.

Devan’s communication, patience, and commitment to getting everything right have been exceptional. It is rare to find someone who clearly cares this much about the customer and the final product. Devan has treated my build like it matters, and that has made a huge difference.

Sirius Power PC has earned my confidence so far, and that is not something I say lightly given my experience with other well-known PC builders. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality gaming PC with real personal service, flexible component choices, and genuine attention to detail.

My PC is currently in the build process, so this review is based on the ordering, planning, communication, and customer service experience so far. Once the system is delivered, I plan to revisit this review and provide an update on the finished PC.

This is to ensure the highest standards of integrity are kept. We are a small tech company startup with associates in the private sector. We hired SiriusPower PC to construct a $34k plus computer for our business. Devan Johnson exhausted all means to present himself and his company as the right choice to fulfill our needs. It has become evident SiriusPower PC is willing to deceive those who serve in the United States military for financial gain. It has been over 30 days and we have not received our equipment. We made several attempts to contact Mr. Johnson and we have not spoken to anyone. We receive text from multiple numbers claiming they are other people and only the builders. A group of builders when asked where is our computer expressed they don’t know what’s going on. Absolutely no one should hire or entertain a swindler especially one with the disregard for men and women who have served multiple tours in combat theater. We were given 30 days of excuses and when it was paid in full due to Mr. Johnson’s claim to need to order parts his calls went silent and his response time to pick up our calls became nonexistent. We are being given all help to retrieve our funds and ensure you as Americans aren’t robbed of your time, money and technological aspirations. Once again serving our country doing the right thing in and out of Uniform. Semper Fi.
