My name is Dan and I am the Technical Manager at Rylock (based in Melbourne Australia)
I have been producing 3D Renders (360°XR Turntable Spins using KeyShot) for our new website which will be launched within the next few months. I started using Sirv as a trial to add hotspots ...and have been thoroughly invested and impressed from my first use.
My company intend to use Sirv for a high volume of content and we have been very impressed by the user friendliness and performance.

Jake from Sirv has provided me with the best support I have personally experienced, and he have collaborated with my team and web-developers to ensure that our company website is optimised and achieves our goals. Although we are in different time zones and quite distant on a map, Jake has responded to all of my questions straight away, and has provided reference links and examples that has been supremely helpful. I couldn't be happier with the service and support - overall Sirv has my highest recommendation!

We will be using Sirv to embed close to 100 spins and will also use Sirv's GIF features for our new site, hence Sirv is an overall outstanding package!

While looking for a way to enhance my well-established website, I found no end of possible image servers – but none quite fitted the bill – until I found Sirv. Unbelievably easy to set up, it does all the work for you, and my large website was transformed literally overnight – I set it going in the evening, and by the next morning I had a new experience for my customers. My server had been struggling under the load of images on my website, but Sirv’s servers are top tier, blisteringly fast, and there doesn’t seem to be any downtime, ever. I’ve been using it for awhile now, and have had absolutely no issues – they are extremely helpful with dumb questions, and I’m pleased to see updates and enhancements are constantly being introduced, it’s a fantastic way to get an instant result for a medium-size website like mine. Go for it - there’s a trial for free with a generous amount of space, but if you’re like me, you’ll see straight away it’s worth the $$.

I bought their Prestashop app for my site and while I was doing the stup I find out that the app is free. I thought some teenage boy must be doing a toon of money with their app in Prestasho...nop...they are the ones charging Prestashop users free stuff. At this point I should know I was in the wrong hands but ... I did an experiment for almost 3 months with them, 2 1/2 of those waiting for their server to synchronize my images!!!!...at this point I should know already if their servers need sooooo much time to do that how good they perform....but....Then I try to ask them if for some weird reason their servers were in maintenance one I was able to fully test their service....they gave me the go around ...we will check...and finally 3 months later I come to my reason and cancel the service....at least that is what I'm trying to do without success so far without success...guess what I have to wait for a cancellation confirmation from their server...lol...shame on me!!! They fool me like 10 times...shame on me!!

Thank you for your reply but is not true. All the metrics on my site were completely down. The grade on my page according to GT metric changes from 80 to 45, according to google speed insights from C to D...so
Completely misleading what you answer and it did not took a week to upload the images it was almost a month and I did not accept your refund for the money because you condition that to me changing my review to an excellent which I'm not doing because companies like yours need to be evaluated for what they do and they offer and your product and services is what many will call a scam.

A very steep learning curve. I struggled to use it and I am a software engineer not sure how others are using it. Customer service is good but lacks documentation if you want to do it yourself. I tried other similar services but they are the best so far. The service is still not mature yet and it will take time before a user uses them the way they want.

This is a fantastic app for 360 nd also much more it has helped has lot for the pitching of the project and we have learned lot from this app, we would request for one time subscription.
