I have ordered from many diffrent companies. Siserstore had everything in stock. Great prices, shipped quickly and was packaged well.

Great company. I would have taken 1 star off because you shipped the wrong product but the customer service rep sent me the correct product overnight.

fairly easy to navigate but did have trouble finding transfer tape - never found it. But overall site was good.

Love the fact that shipping is fast, same day can't beat it. I got the Siser blade holder, wanted an extra one for the scoring/folding tool, and the cutting pad for an extra also. Will definately purchasing again from Siser.

I do love Siser products but two reasons for dropping stars in my experience;
I am in Canada and could not place an order to deliver to me here. I have to go to US to pick up the order.
One of the items I ordered is the wrong colour. It is listed correctly on all emails I received to confirm the order but the packing slip has a different colour listed.
Now hopefully the correct colour will be shipped but I will have to make a return trip to US to pick up and there is a payment for having my package mailed there as well.
The product is excellent and I am able to get vinyl not available to me at Canadian stores, not all that I would have liked to order but some that I have wanted to try.

I ordered a couple of things and it was easy to order and was delivered earlier than expected! So far a great experience with my siser machine and with the siser store!
