Great Service quick shipping and Quality parts

I ordered NGK ruthenium sparkplugs to replace the multiple defective Motorcraft iridium plugs I got from an EBay seller.
They were very well priced, at about $10 each, about half, maybe too good to be true. The advertised free shipping didn't apply to these plugs. Shopping took about a week Tracking information was not good, other than to state the process had started. I emailed them a couple of times for an update, and although a reply, there's really only to say that I could get a refund if they never showed.
Unfortunately, I still have one malfunctioning. Ugh.
I also had to replace the front struts on another car, but based on this experience I went elsewhere, as well as for the replacement replacement spark plug.
I suppose I could call them, but don't think there is any warranty, so a low yield exercise.

I would’ve purchased elsewhere if my husband didn’t want them right away and preferred this site. I don’t appreciate how you inflated the price for searching using Infiniti QX56 and showed no info on the part numbers on description. I did extensive research on parts, brands, etc. I saved $98.85 because I put in specific part numbers for items needed. They were the exact same parts. I feel as though that practice is deceptive. And i believe you know this because you didn’t include any information on the part numbers on the items pulled using the search engine. Hoping people would just be happy with that and purchase using that search engine, increasing your price margin.
