Buyer beware…. Misleading product and service.
I purchased a six three zero Rickshaw Dual Drive Trike and trailer due to the marketing towards Autism. I ordered the bike in November 2025 with a December 15, 2025 shipping day. In December, I contacted the company to find out the shipping status and after several phone calls and emails finally was told that the shipping was delayed until January 2026. In January, I called and was told this shipping was still delayed until February 2026. The bike finally showed up in February 2026. The bike was missing fenders and the trailer was missing a brake light. I was able to piece the bike together using fenders from the trailer. The Bike also had several damaged spots from shipping. I called customer service and they promised to ship me the remaining fenders and replacement light and they would pay for me to get matching paint.
I rode the bike a few miles and a loud metal noise came from the rear drive. I have called dozens of times and left similar email messages with little to no help. They did ship me a new rear end, which was the wrong one for a completely different bike. I’m now waiting on a new rear drive to show up, but the problem is the local Bike Repair places cannot conduct a repair because the way that is assembled.
The CEO states that there are mobile repair places in 99.9% of America, but apparently not in Memphis Tennessee within 400 miles according to their customer service Anne.
I even tried to elevate to a manager (Emir), which was again full of empty promises. I even emailed the CEO according to his email that is listed but no response. I’ve sent dozens of pictures and emails and phone calls and I have to push the issue with nothing but empty promises when I can finally get in touch with someone.
It’s now mid May and I have a broken bike with a pile of parts. I have spoken with Anne and Emir over the phone but they failed to be able to give any real path forward for the damage to the bike that’s under warranty.
I was told a few days ago that they would call me back with my location to take my bike, but still to this day no response.
If it isn’t resolved soon, I think my only option is to pursue legal action because of the overall price and misleading information across their website.
I see a lot of positive reviews on the website, but that has not been my experience at all.
The only dependable person I can get in touch with is whoever is running their Instagram website. The only time I can get a dependable answers out of this person. He has no control over the overall warranty action. He’s the only reason I gave one star.
If anyone at the company reads this, you’ll know who this is by the notes I have given. Please help.

The merchant responded to my review and promptly sent out a new replacement part. There may have been an initial communication error that was quickly and accurately resolved.

Great E-Trike to Get Over the Hill
I bought the Sixthreezero Relaxed Body E-trike for cardio exercise. I am 81 years old and this bike replaced a Schwinn Medallion tricycle. My balance isn't great or I would have bought an E-bike. This bike is perfect for my needs. I get lots of exercise with 4 rides a week from 8-10 miles each. As I age I know I will need a little more help with my rides, and I can increase the level of assist as that happens. Customer service would be better, as it is primarily via chat, but I got solutions to things that needed fixing. I am a satisfied owner.

I got my bike last year and went on a ride with my daughter yesterday. One of her favorite activities is riding bikes with me.

Sixthreezero has been great from start to finish. From ordering my bike to troubleshooting setup, it’s clear they care about their customers and want repeat business—their model is definitely not “one and done.”
The bike itself has been fantastic. I’ve ridden it around our neighborhood, with my kids, through state parks, and along the Riverwalk in Chattanooga. It’s been reliable, comfortable, and fun everywhere we’ve taken it.

PART 1
I am a 76 year old retired doctor. I saw Justin's videos and all the nice seniors smiling and riding on his trikes and thought I have to have one. Bit the bullet and at a price of $2500, ordered trike in August of 2025. IT TOOK 10 WEEKS to get the trike and it was so damaged as to be unusable. A replacement bike was ,indeed, sent. The replacement trike would not run. I took me from August 2025 to March 2026 to even be able to ride the bike. You had sent me two bad batteries and a bad display.The batteries they sent as replacements had been removed from other trikes. It took months to get parts.When I contacted Mary about the batteries and sent the videos, I said I would return the bad batteries. She said you would not send anymore. In other words, the warranty was no good! I finally had to take the battery to a shop, to be repaired, at a cost of $100. So after 8 months of back and forth phone calls and emails, waiting for parts, and trying to figure things out; I finally got to ride my trike.
I have now ridden the bike for about a month and yesterday the electronic controller burned out. So, I say to you, beware. The problem is months getting parts, poor replacements and poor communication. You can’t just buy new parts because they are proprietary to SIXTHREEZERO. You have to get parts only from them, but, they don’t stock them. It will take you months to get a part. And remember you have to do the work. So I spent $2500 on a bike project and I know nothing about repairing ebikes.The staff seems to be so nice and apologetic. I felt as though I was talking to Cinderella but, often, was just ghosted or told some story! So here, this 76 yo. senior, sits on May 10, 2026 with a pile of unusable metal and nowhere to go. I’ll let you know what happens with the controller. Stay tuned for Part 2!

WOW, what a well built bike delivered in solid packaging.
First impressions out of the box was "WOW, what incredibly great packaging!". It took longer to strip out all the protective wraps and foam blocks then it did to complete the assembly. (a good thing) Assembly was minimal and straightforward. First ride demonstrated a very solidly built and responsive bike overall.
The web site is awesome also. All the videos with riders, measurements and real world demonstrations were incredibly helpful in finding the right bike. (I looked at tons and tons). My wife needed a bike that she could stand over the seat with her feet on the ground for balance. sixthreezero was the ONLY manufacturer that got down to 28-29" seat height, yet I can ride it and I'm 6'3".
The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars was delays in getting answers to a couple of questions sent in on the web page. Later I found out they were much more responsive to messaging on their facebook page.
One other interesting note is that they initially shipped the wrong bike. However, they quickly resolved that with a coordinated freight pickup and delivery of the correct bike.

I didn’t receive any tracking…
I didn’t receive any tracking information, and when I emailed the company I received an email saying their inbox was full. So, I thought it was a scam. But I did eventually get my bike. Online it said 20 min to build, it took a good 2 hours. That being said, I love my bike and satisfied with the product.
Great company
I was searching for a bike and came across sixthreezero on YouTube. I really appreciated how they showcase all their bikes, it made choosing one online much easier. I decided on the Pave n Trail, and I’m so glad I did. It’s smooth, comfortable to ride, and really beautiful. Also to mention their customer service is great!

I'm 5'11" and struggled to find a women's bike that fit my height while still offering cute color options.
This one checks all the boxes. It's perfect for riding alongside my boyfriend on paved trails while he runs, and it also handles urban biking with ease.
Would definitely recommend!
I ordered one of their bikes
I ordered one of their bikes, trusting their 30 day trial guarantee. We put it together and it was not right for me because of a disability. I contacted them immediately and asked for a return shipping label, as promised. I never received it. I contacted them repeatedly by email and phone. Finally they said just send back the battery and charger, which I did immediately. BUT THEY HAVE NEVER SEND MY REFUND. This has been going for 3 months. It was a considerable amount of money and I have never received it in spite of their promises. I would never ordered anything at all from them and I urge others not to work with them unless you plan to keep the bike no matter what. They tried to convince me to keep the bike but I did not want to.

Good warranty service
My bike was 10/10 for six months...a champion little ebike I logged 400+ miles on over 6 months. Then the power failed mid-ride. They came through, sent me parts, and got me back on the road. Thank you 630.
Thrilled with my sixthreezero zero etrike
I can't say enough about how pleased I am with my simple glide fat tire trike. I am a bilateral above the knee amputee. I have a hard time pedaling a bike. This trike has been amazing. It works so well for me. I have been riding on rails to trails with my husband. It has really made it nice for me to be able to ride along side of him. I especially like the platform for my feet. That makes it so comfortable for me. I have never seen that on another trike. I got my trike in October and have already put over 100 miles on it. Glad the weather is warming up so we can start riding again. Six three zero customer service was amazing thru the entire process. They were quick to answer any questions before and after my purchase. Having a the 30 day trial was really great. I had nothing to lose. It has turned out to be the perfect trike for me. I would highly recommend this company.
Terrible customer service and manipulative lack of cancellation options
Tried to order an open box trike, no indication of limited stock or supply, was told after several days of radio silence that no working models were available, the option to cancel order on the website is fake, it just sends you to the contact page, now I've reached out 4 times and they have still not cancelled or refunded my order. I would NOT recommend ordering from them or expecting any customer service.

I am still waiting on damaged fender from a bike I ordered last JULY!!!! Many emails back and forth. I have offered multiple ways to resolve. DO NOT BUY ....this was a retirement gift to myself and I feel i was hoodwinked with their guarantees and support. And everyday I get a new add from them about buying a new bike. How about making good on the one I already purchased over 9 months ago. SOOOO disappointed.

My etrike was delivered ahead of schedule and was easy to assemble. Unfortunately, after I assembled it I discovered that the motor didn’t work. I contacted SixThreeZero and this is where the professionalism and quality of this company shined!
A person named Marry jumped right on the problem and began troubleshooting solutions. SixThreeZero had a replacement part shipped to me and when I explained replacing the part was beyond my expertise, Marry located a bicycle mechanic near me who was able to solve the problem with no expense to me.
I can’t say enough good about Marry and the quality of the customer service I received. The etrike itself is well made, comfortable and powerful enough for me to comfortably take my disabled adult child on long rides.
