Meadowhall and can honestly say that the customer service in the store, from all staff members, is impeccable. Went into the shop looking for some shoes for a gift and ishaq pointed me to the right direction and even managed to give his point of view before letting us try them on. Turns out we loved them and ended up buying them. Really friendly guy. Very approachable

Great experience
Annabelle served me in the evening, her customer service was so great she’s got very good knowledge on trainers and fashion brands!
I will be shopping in the size? Meadowhall branch more often for my clothes, trainers, also accessories. Service 10/10 big ups to Annabelle!!!!!!! :)

Annabelle at the Meadowhall
Branch was brilliant and sorted an exchange on some trainers I bought my husband for Christmas. Unfortunately he didn’t try them on as he has lots of pairs of Adidas trainers and assumed as they were his normal size they would fit. He wanted to wear them on a night out on 30th Jan and they were too small! I was worried as the returns policy was to return by the 22nd Jan. Annabelle was really lovely and offered an exchange for a bigger size straight away. We ended up buying another pair in a different colour too. Great customer service from Annabelle - Thank you 😀
