Been looking all over for a quad skate starter kit and after checking lots of websites I’m glad I shopped here. They came next day everything in perfect condition. Will be continuing to buy from here in the future. I also got some free socks!

I read the reviews here and was worried to order from the site, but I’m glad I decided to order anyway. They helped me right from the start with sizing and every question I had before I made the order. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that I asked before i made the order about a specific model and size that I knew were hard to find, and they said they had them, but after I made the purchase they apologized and said that there had been a mistake. I think it was a problem with the manufacture because it happened to me in another site too. They offered me a better model in the same price and I accepted. The parcel came in a month, I could track the package and everything was great. I would definitely order from them again.

I ordered a pair of size 11 Powerslide Final 110 Skates, the order went through and I paid for DPD next day delivery, When they didn't arrive the next day I phoned the shop, I asked about the skates and delivery times, etc, the response I received was that they will be arriving any time soon to the shop, so they obviously do NOT stock all sizes, Do not expect your order to come next day. When I requested a refund on the next day's delivery I was told that once the skates arrive they would have to be sent out as standard post because I am requesting a refund on postage?! This should have been swallowed and posted first class, it is not the customer's fault you are dishonest and do not stock the sizes, and the request for a refund is to take an additional 5 days because I have canceled my order to order the skates from an honest supplier.

If you do not have the stock be honest and upfront on the website, don't just allow people to buy products and continually fob them off, I am in purchasing and I know exactly when all of my orders are due, this is not rocket science. It's now nearly a week and none the wiser to the location of the skates.

Do not purchase from this store, you will be disappointed and left as angry as I have been, when you call up to talk to someone they are not honest and find it easier to keep promising the order is on route.

I will never make a purchase from this site again and will be posting to all the skate groups on Facebook to steer clear of this company and save other people the same headache.

EDIT: Your response is defensive and not factual, I put myself across very clear, maybe more staff training is required. I would not recommend this company even if they were the last skate shop in the world.

So, I think this online shopping experience was the worst experience I ever had with ordering something. I ordered them and the size didnt fit me so I sent them back ordered a new pair. But the new skates didnt arrive for about 3 and a half month.. I ordered them on 10th of June and on 15 of June they said that my Moxi skates were dispatched and were on their way to Croatia. Then on 28th of July I asked them when will they come and they said it will arrive at the end of august. Which was a lie. Then when they again didnt come, I asked them again where are they and then they said that they have information that they were already delievered to me.. And of course they werenr delievered. So, it was a 'mistake' but that also means that they didnt look where are my skates when I asked them because they would have seen that 'they were delievered'but instead they just told me "they will arrive at the end off august" just to get rid of me.. Then they had to open a case about my missing skates which thay did, it was slow but okay. And then they said they will sent me the new ones and I was waiting and asked them when will they come and thay said 'in a week or so' and of course they didnt come in a week. After two weeks I asked them again where are they bc it has been 2 weeks... And after everythingggg, they said that they stilllll didnt sent them. After everythinggg. And then finally the other day I got my skates. But they lied two times to me... And it took them 3 and a half months to arrive. And then instead of them apologizing and giving me some kind of voucher or couple of free breaks/wheels for my skates or some other gift, they were writing me excuses why it was such a mess and complicated. Excuses such as "i work from home so it is difficult". I ordered them on 15th of Juneand they arrived 3 and a half months later after they lied to me twice! This is honestly the most unprofesional experience I ever had. I do not recommend anyone to order from them. It is soo unprofessional and frustrating.. And then they asked me "if I wanted some free pads as an apology". Free pads.. I think any other company that cares for its customers would either give me a voucher or gifts or even free skates... Anyways, there are so many sites you can order from so please so not pick this one. You will be so frustrated and disapointed..

Ordered inline skates from Skate Britain,after few hours received email,saying my skates are not in stock at the moment and will be delayed 10 days.So they offered other skates with bigger price,BUT they matched the price and I received them next day! Friendly and helpfull servise,will recommend to everybody.

I recently purchased some higher end Boots and Plates from Skate Britain. When I placed the order I was advised that one of the items would have to be ordered in which would take approximately one week. It did take longer, but this was only an estimate and skating items can be hard to get hold of at the moment.
I have read a few negative reviews about Skate Britain on Trustpilot, however this has not been my experience and I am very pleased with the service I received.

James at Skate Britain is one of my main ‘go-to’s’ for derby kit. Having bought my own rookie kit there in 2013 I have continually had excellent service including a bulk order for one of our new skater intakes a couple of years ago.
When I started out I rang the shop and as much as I could have been given a hard sell and be up sold, I wasn’t. I took their advice and was glad I did. I now recommend James and Skate Britain to our new skaters… the trust and excellent customer service goes a long way for me.

Could not complete my order, tried contacting them 4 times, no response, have no idea if I am getting my money back. AVOID THIS PLACE , HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Really poor service. Told me the skates were not in stock and would come in one months time... didn’t hear from them for weeks after the supposed due date. I had to chase and request a refund since there was no sign of getting anything from these guys.. then they tell me the skates have just arrived “today” but that they have issued a refund and I should reorder! Really no sense about how to make life easy for the customer but just give me more work. Just a joke. I have kept the refund and will be ordering from elsewhere. Really poor service and communication. Clearly I’m not the only one!

I'm really not often compelled to write reviews, but the customer service I've received from Skate Britain felt like it warranted the effort. I ordered some skates in April, and was informed that the colour I wanted was sold out. I said I would be happy to wait, and during that time I was sent multiple emails updating me on the status of the shoes in stock; I was offered a number of alternatives, and on the day the colour I wanted was re-stocked I was emailed with a priority link to order them. The shoes then arrived within 24 hours. The communication was so quick and pleasant the entire time, and I'd just like to thank the team for being so helpful and informative. Cheers!

This shop is shady and doubius in practice. By that I do not mean that they treat your order just as an "invitatio ad offerendum". I mean that they do not answer any emails for days. Just when you cancel the order they suddenly react with a message that they might get the goods in the next week.
That is ridiculous.

There is a lot to improve with this company, mainly with communication. The communication was honestly terrible. About 90% of your messages and emails will be ignored. I had to call multiple times to get information on my order since I received no emails from them. Even when you call you don’t get straight answers. You basically have to stay on them to get updates on the status of your order. For me it took about 2 weeks of contacting them before I heard that there was something wrong with my order.
Skatebritain has to do better when it comes to service and communication!
