I honestly cannot recommend Dean Marshall highly enough. He supported me from my fiancé visa through to my spouse visa (twice so far), and his guidance made every stage clear and stress-free.

Dean is very responsive (even on a Sunday when needed), highly professional, and always patient in answering every question. He goes above and beyond to ensure everything is done correctly, and we always felt completely reassured knowing my case was in his hands.

All of my applications with his support have been successful. He is truly an outstanding solicitor.
Highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Outstanding service! In high-pressure, critical situations, they go above and beyond to address any challenges you face. Their dedication is unmatched—they work tirelessly, even outside regular hours, to ensure the best possible outcome. I’m extremely satisfied with their efforts and the results

SkillClear are invaluable.
After attempting to navigate through the process ourselves, we found it necessary to engage an immigration service. Dean from SkillClear could not have been more helpful in getting us across the line.

I had a great experience working with Dean M at SkillClear to apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain from the Skilled Worker/Tier 2 visa. He always responded very promptly to my questions, and was hugely helpful and responsive when I had to respond to a caseworker error on my application. I was really thankful at that time that I had not only chosen to have a lawyer help me with the application but that the one I chose was Dean who was responsive and reassuring, helping minimise the stress that is always present for these types of important applications. Highly recommend.

Dean provides a thorough and professional service for a critical and anxious process. He has a huge amount of knowledge and experience and provides a great deal of comfort and certainty. I have worked with him twice and got the right result each time. He's well worth it.

Dean has been very thorough, clear, helpful, professional and efficient through every step of the way. Would highly recommend.

Skillclear/Dean knows their stuff! I was originally working on my ILR application myself, I thought it seemed straight forward but then my work engaged Skillclear and I found I had misinterpreted multiple parts of the application! I am so grateful as it could have meant thousands of pounds down the train! They are incredibly efficient and to the point and most importantly, I got my ILR approved!

Dean has been very helpful in providing guidance, assistance and assurance through my settlement application.

He answered all my questions with timely and helpful responses and provided assistance throughout the process.

He is clearly very knowledgeable and experienced so I felt in good hands always with what could otherwise be a very stressful process! So all in all I highly recommend and am very please with the services provided.

It's been an absolute pleasure to have worked with Dean on my applications. He helped me apply for my first work visa and recently my settlement, always with greatest care and patience. Really appreciated for all the support and advice from him in the last few years. Highly recommend him!

Dean has been extremely helpful for mine, my friends and my family's settlement applications with Home Office.

Dean made it so simple to explain the process for Visa Application that every single application I made with guidance were 100% succesful.

Highly recommend Dean!

SkillClear Immigration Services have assisted with my wife’s immigration and visa/BRP application process and have provided excellent levels of advice and support throughout. UK immigration rules and the associated bureaucracy can be very complicated and time-consuming, and SkillClear have made the process easy by providing us with clear stage-by-stage guidance and explanations, ensuring there were no errors or oversights in our application. We can certainly recommend the knowledgeable and efficient services of SkillClear to anyone who is seeking to apply for residency in the UK.

Dean was truly helpful with my visa application, especially when every paper works were so slow under COVID-19 chaos. This applying process won’t be done so quickly without his professional and trusted advice. Highly recommended ; )

I needed advice on immigrating to the UK and was told by a good friend to speak with Dean Marshall of SkillClear Immigration Service. His advice was incredibly helpful. He was patient, articulate and answered all of my questions, even the dumb ones. Also quick to respond. Would recommend to everyone. Great job!

Dean was fantastic in helping with my ILR. Highly recommend his services.

Me and my husband used Skillclear to help first with his fiance visa application and then with his spouse visa application. We had a very positive experience and would highley recommend using them. Dean guided through the process and made what was originally an incredibly daunting and stressful process much easier and we can't thank him enough!

SkillClear has handled my Tier 2 Skilled Migrant visas since I started working in the UK in 2014. They also successfully handled my ILR this year.
My experience with SkillClear, and specifically with Dean Marshall, who was my point person has been excellent over the past 5 years.
The service has been courteous, professional, and completely hassle free. Dean has been flexible and accommodating throughout, fully understanding the taxing nature of my busy career.
I recommend SkillClear and Dean to anyone.

They will take your money, make you do all of the documentation, submit the documents and then if you dont get the visa they will threaten you to pay you else they will no return your documents - this is my personal experience. Happy to provide any further details / evidences. The MD Dominic Schunker is a bully so that makes things even worse!

Dean helped me through my Visa extension and then Indefinite Leave to Remain application and made a very stressful process much more manageable. Thank you Dean!

Update to the review below: My application was approved 2 months after submission.

I actually found Skillclear due to the positive reviews here, and while nervous to try someone who hadn’t come through a known referral, I am glad I decided to work with Dean. I am applying for Naturalisation in the UK, and while I had already filled out the application myself, I had a number of questions about it that I wanted to check before submitting it. Dean was able to answer my questions concisely and clearly, as well as to give a little bit of additional guidance about the application process. As I had left things to the last minute, to find affordable and efficient help at that late hour was greatly appreciated. There even is a live chat option through the website that I initially used to go through some of my questions. He was able to do this on short notice and was very fair about the time given (responded quickly and didn’t count time taken away from the chat). Overall I was very pleased with, and grateful for, the professional and quick service Dean was able to offer. Thank you Dean!

I have dealt with Skillclear for sometime now. Dean is a real professional to get in touch with if you have any immigration case and he will deal with it with ease.
Dean make you feel confident and will guide and counsel you throughout the way. He has been of tremendous help to me and the family and I wish anyone who is desirous to get such service to get in touch with Dean - he will inquire all that he needs to know and if he request that you provide any documentation at all, please do well to get them for him to help you through.
As for his patience and maturity, it is unmatched in the field as of now.
