Echte oplichting, nergens bewust van en schrijven voor niks 49,90 af.

OPLICHTERS!! Wilde een document bekijken voor €0,01, vervolgens wordt er binnen 24 uur €49,90 afgeschreven. In Terms&Condition wordt vermeld dat je recht hebt op restitutie, maar dat krijg je niet!

I was searching online for an instruction manual for installing my room thermostat. Suddenly, a pop-up appeared in the window saying I had to pay 1 cent for a manual. Strange, but what’s 1 cent, really? So I clicked to get rid of the annoying window and was quite happy to pay that one cent for a manual. Nothing happened after that, so I used Google to search for other sites where I could find the manual. It wasn’t until the following day that I received a debit notice stating that I supposedly had a subscription with Skillsthey.com for no less than €49.90. They had deliberately pushed a subscription on me, to which I could no longer object because the 24-hour deadline for lodging a complaint had apparently expired. They had also deliberately NOT informed me within that timeframe that a subscription had been taken out.

The bank ING (Netherlands) can do nothing to reverse the amount from their account (Skillsthey.com). The female bank clerk was actually rude and kept interrupting me whilst I was speaking. It was as if I were the culprit rather than Skillsthey.com. I asked if she could reverse the payment – after all, according to ING, it was still just a reservation (as stated on the bank statement). No, they couldn’t reverse it, but they could block it for the future so that no new so-called subscription fees could be debited.
This means that the banks are also acting in a way that is detrimental to consumers, because they know there are many complaints about these bogus companies and yet they do not block them from the payment system in the first place.

I expressed my dissatisfaction to the bank clerk and the call was abruptly cut off. The fact that she rang me back later of her own accord proves that she must have realised I hadn’t been treated properly. The fact that ING has failed in this regard is the first point, but the most important thing is that Skillsthey.com is a despicable fraudster who is trying to swindle as much as 50 euros from everyone. That’s easy money, and yes in that way you’ll become a millionaire in no time.

The system that used to apply must be reintroduced, whereby incorrect payments made within a short period can still be refunded. They must also send confirmation of the payment directly to the customer so that you are not too late to lodge a complaint. In the event of a complaint, the supplier must prove that the delivery took place voluntarily and that the goods and/or services were actually supplied. Because that is not the case either. Nothing has been supplied and I still do not know what their subscription entails.

Zogenaamd een gebruiksaanwijzing downloaden voor 1 euro cent en vervolgens boeken ze daarna een bedrag van €49,90 af onder het mom dat je een abonnement bent aangegaan..
Alles laten blokkeren bij de bank 😡

Even though I have absolutely no recollection of transferring €0.01 via Apple Pay—and had never even heard of this company or shown any interest in their offer—a subscription costing €49.90 per month was activated. The charge was debited four times. When asking for proof that I registered—and for what service or with which email address—I was simply told that this is the procedure they follow.

Scammers - beware

Mij onbekend waarbij, maar 1 cent betaald en nu wordt maandelijks 29,90 euro afgeschreven via een card opname in de UK. Voor niets. Nooit een nota, contract of aanmelding gezien. Niets tegen te doen via de bank. Moet rekening opheffen hiervoor.

Ze vragen je 0,01 cent te betalen voor een gratis webinar en vervolgens krijg je automatisch een abonnement aan je broek waar je niets vanaf weet en wordt er elke maand een euro 49,90 van je rekening afgeschreven waar je niets tegen kunt doen. Contact is niet mogelijk. Enige is een ander bankrekeningnummer. Scammers dus.

Scammers ! Beware joined by mistake doing a quiz on Facebook they took nearly £30 with no way to cancel, they don’t reply to emails or messages o now have to go to the bank to cancel and change bank card . Beware!!!
