I asked questions about the referral process and they gave me 2 different answers. They said the person I referred used a promo so then I was ineligible. Then the next person said that the person did not write in my username or verify their email account so I was ineligible. I was supposed to get the referral bonus of $10, but when I complained they just shut my account down without any communication. Also, I assume I won’t be getting my cash that I had in the game back either. Don’t put your money in because you won’t get it back or they will make an excuse of why you can’t get it. Then they will just shut your account down and keep your money. Like other reviews, they will just say you are in violation of some rule. Horrible experience and service.

If I could rate it 0 I would. I have been chasing them for a while for my withdrawal and still it hasn’t gone anywhere. It’s funny how you can deposit in seconds but takes a month for a withdrawal to process. It’s been nearly 3 months and I still have not received my withdrawal and now they just ignore my messages. Scammer company with awful customer service that I would not recoment to anyone.

Terrible, firstly you cant do a deposit as it doesnt work. Secondly customer service or support is terrible. They dont reply to messages and no help, sent 3 requests and no replies - play the free ticket games but dont play for real money. Its also very funny how things are different between the ticket games and money games, ticket games you do well and in the pay games you get low score to never win. Someone found a way to legally rip people off.

The games are fun and as they want they are very addicting. I kept putting money in and blowing through it and it FINALLY hit me what they are doing. Currently I have 14 games "awaiting Challenger" which is ALWAYS the case. I can remember when there was always a challenger to go up against anytime of the day but now none of these games ever have a challenger. So with this being said I'm not winning no money at all until a day or two later when FINALLY one challenger from all over the world finally plays and I get a dollar back maybe 🤔🤔 I then go straight through money just deposited and put more in. Well NEVER AGAIN!!!! I can't believe how stupid I have been. I'll go to another platform where people actually play, not one when a player comes along every few days

Skillz is legit. I gotten paid out from them. They did sue blitz for being a scam and using bots. The reason for 3 stars is that it's getting harder to win

This game is rigged, they swear they don’t have bots and it’s legit and that’s a lie, they let you win a couple games then rig the game against you and take your money. It would be a fun game if you weren’t losing 15 games in a row even though you know exactly what your opponent is going to play. Especially in the games when they have all of the 5’s. That’s not something that happens in real life a lot but it happens every other hand in this game. Oh then they block you on customer support when you bring up the issues

I wouldn’t waste my time playing with this company , they won’t respond to your cashout problems which has been everytime for me and also they don’t pay what they say you are winning on the game selections . That’s all of the money being won together not you winning first place and getting that money so your putting 1$ for .40 ? Bc 2nd place is $1.40 etc . Yeah BIG WASTE OF TIME I’m still waiting for four days now for $12 payout when they have made triple that off me . What a joke company

I have been playing their games, one in particular, for more than two years. Over the last 6-8 months, I started winning games and built up my account to roughly $90. I decided to take $50 out and requested the check. Less than a week later, I get an email saying all my accounts have been banned for cheating and all money has been forfeited. Not that I should have to say this, but I never cheated, nor would I even know how to cheat on these games. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with customer service regarding my account and the accusations, but have not gotten a single response.

I have been playing on skills for about 2 years now and I was always satisfied playing five hand poker. I actually think that is a great game and that they are fair however I recently downloaded a few other games that was recommended by a friend one being bingo cash and the other being bingo blackout. I experienced several times where the game finished the app close and my score was not calculate it and as a matter of fact it said that the game was aborted I lost the entry fee and was told that I had too many aborted games to start receiving a refund which is absolutely ridiculous. If I could submit screenshots I would submit them here. I can prove that it is just those two games that randomly close out take your money take your entry fee and then refuse to give you a fair opportunity to play because they won't refund your money. The entry fees are relatively low so it's more the principle than anything. I was never told that prior to putting money on the site and I've never had this problem before. I really only experience the game crashing on these two sites. And it's happened so much now that I'm beginning to think that it's a scam. You also have to spend money to reach certain tiers in order to gain free entries into games free. I am currently at pearl level and I earned three free entries to a blackout bingo contest. Each game just so happened to be aborted as well as several other contestants which I did screenshot and sent in a help review to support and received back a bogus answer lost my entries and that is not fair considering you have to spend money time and play games in order to reach these levels. I'm beginning to think that these two games are a scam and they don't care if you leave a review that is poor because they know that because this is gambling you will not get your money back from whatever site you choose to upload your entry free from due to gambling regulations.. I would never recommend using these sites they are sketchy. I have had a positive review for the five card poker and I've actually taken off money although I've spent more than I've taken off I think that they are fair and they always refund my money if there is a problem however these two games are sketchy they crash often and then they begin to blame you for the issue even if you can prove that you have up to speed internet and a phone that is within reason to be using. Do not waste your time playing unless you want to play at your own risk have all your entries fees taken can actually finish the game and get a score for the game to then disconnect and then your score is showing as aborted and you are not refunded your money for the entry fee. The customer service that I've received from these two apps are extremely poor and unprofessional

Skillz have focused their attention on new players. They don’t want players who are particularly good, or have been playing for some time. The most recent rewards update has alienated the good players, and now Skillz has slowly pushed the real money winners out.

So I have over 540$ in my account I tried to withdraw it it says kid you not 520 is bonus cash and I can withdraw only 18$. I converted over 10million coins to cash and now won’t let me withdraw. wHAT a SCAM

I am begining to wish that I had ever heard of the skills brand they have faulty games and they'll Who only reimburse you for so many times before they won't do it no more but they won't fix their games to stop freezing I don't get it if your game freezes you should reimburse

They have banned me and sent me an email saying. have done something wrong right after I tried to withdraw my money. They have not told me what I have done wrong either.

Complete bunch of cowboys who are happy to reply to general messages regarding game play etc, but when it comes to a query regarding a $200 withdrawal, it’s like trying to draw blood from a stone. I literally sent over 14 messages within a 24 hour period with absolutely no resolution at all.
It is disgusting that they treat customers in this way and basically steal their money.

I always play the game but never tried cashing out. So I tried to cashout today, remind you I put at least 35.00 the other day and didn't win I left about 8.00 on there and decided to go back to the game and play today and I got it up to 30.00 so I tried cashing it out and was only able to cashout 7.00 then they charged me a dollar to cashout then they took the other 23.00. If had read the privacy forms and shit I would've never put shit on there period that's like giving away your money ain't no way in the hell I'm going give them my money when I'm playing simply to win money.
