My week 2-3 experience
Hi, please don’t get me wrong. The reason I gave 3 starts is because I don’t love the products neither do I hate it. Like I use the trio blemish face wash, and it cleans the face really well. You can instantly feel it. However, after the 2nd week of using the products I have started getting breakouts and my acne looks really red. I used to have a lot of acne scars but I also had active acne however, I feel like how the scars look all red as well. Please if you can help me with this. I use the trio blemish face wash, cera prep moisturizer and the sunscreen. However in addition to these I use the Benzoyl peroxide 5% / Clindamycin 1% gel which was prescribed by my doctor at night before applying the moisturizer.

From what you’ve described, your current routine is not really an acne-focused routine overall. While the Trio Blemish Face Wash can help, Cera Pep Moisturiser is not the product we would usually prioritise for acne-prone skin, and you are also not currently using an exfoliator, which is often an important part of a blemish routine.
It is also important to note that you are using prescription Benzoyl Peroxide 5% / Clindamycin 1% gel at night, which could be contributing to the redness, dryness or irritation, particularly when combined with other products. That does not necessarily mean anything is wrong, but it does mean we would need to review the full routine carefully before advising any changes.
Please email us with clear photos and your full routine, including exactly what you use morning and evening, in what order, and how often. We can then assess everything in more detail and advise whether you would be better switching to a more suitable acne routine.

I only have 3 weeks using the this product and my skin tone is better as my skin is quite sensitive of the sun. Even when is not sunny.

I must say along side the products the Customer service and after care is really good . Customer service team are friendly and respond quickly. Had an issue with delivery and they resolved it instantly . Which restored my trust quickly as opposed to being nervous about ordering . There was another instance where I was unsure which product was suitable for me and they responded to my questions promptly. I really hope this service doesn’t change . Thank you .

I have used many types of sunscream. I can honestly say that Dr. V's inzincable is the best i have ever used. No white cast, very moisturizing and very important non istinging and non peeling. The only minus point is the price! It is not affordable and unfortunately people with low income cannot easily buy it.
