I’ve been seeing Natalie for over a year and half now, and it is always a joying going to get my wax done by her. I love how gentle she is and how knowledgable she is with all her work and her place make me feel so comfortable and she such an easy women to talk too. My experience at SKINCITY has been life changing for me since 2020. At fist I needed someone quick to give me a wax but when I found Natalie she gave me knowledge and products to use on my sensitive skin. My skin has improved a lot and gain more confidence on flaunting my skin. I cannot thank her enough on my skin change. Also,Natalie makes you feel at home making you forget that you’re at an appointment. I would 100% recommend SKINCITY for all your skin care needs.

My first time coming here was 7 years ago. I'm a bodybuilder and was competing in a bodybuilding show. I needed full body waxing and spray tanning for the competition.

Since then, I have been coming regularly for my monthly body waxing and get spray tanning done for when I compete.

My skin feels amazing after being waxed! And all the hairs are removed.

The price is reasonable and comparable to other places.
I would pay more anyway because I know I get personalized service every time.

I'm always welcomed with a friendly smile and the place smells great & relaxing with those aromatherapy oils.

I've confidently recommended my friends & family to come here for their services.

I've tried other places however nothing compares to the service I get here. This will always be my go to place for all my skin care.

Natalie is by far the best esthetician I’ve ever been to. She very knowledgeable, professional and makes me feel super comfortable whenever I’m in for a service. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my waxing services.

I got my first facial it was very relaxing and refreshing. Felt amazing to get a face massage. She does a good job with explaining step for steps all products and my skin has improved.

I’ve been getting waxed from Nat for a few years. My skin overall is completely sensitive and easily irritated by anything too harsh. I’ve also tried other waxing shops that were near by my place a few times but I end up coming back to Natalie :)

I had a great first experience at Skin City Spa. Natalie took the time to explain the process to me and was very knowledgeable, informative and transparent about everything. I was a bit nervous about the pain of waxing. She explained to me the different types of waxes used and which one she uses and was honest about there being pain but not a lot and not long lasting. She reassured me that she would go at my pace and give me breaks if needed. She explained aftercare maintenance and also gave me skin care tips to try. She explain her products to me and allowed me to ask questions if I had any. The waxing turned out to be not as painful as I was expecting. My overall experience was great. Natalie is very sweet and has amazing customer service. Her space is beautiful and filled with such calming aromas from the moment you walk in. Being able to talk with Natalie before starting definitely helped calm my nerves. I am very excited about my results and will definitely be booking again! Thanks again Natalie!

Always a FANTASTIC experience going to Skin City.
